Love a lot of your longer dresses and tops and the service is great.
As an older customer, would love it if you made some of the backless dresses with an alternative style that is not backless.
Staff in Liverpool shop excellent, very approachable and very professional.

The staff members in the Liverpool One branch in general were helpful, and the manager “Andy” was a very helpful person and helped me to find what I am looking for, find my size and replaced a hoodie I bought before with the right size…. I am a regular customer since 10 years… Good quality product, excellent design and reasonable prices…

Unable to purchase coat in size wanted…
Unable to purchase coat in size wanted in person in store and needed to order it for delivery instead which was a bit disappointing.
Superdry sizes fit smaller than sizes from other stores and brands.

They had what we wanted
They had what we wanted and were helpful with our questions. Jackets we bought had a nice feel and a nice fit. My only concern is we couldn’t keep the very nice hangers 😀
