I ordered on line and the goods arrived…
I ordered on line and the goods arrived earlier than expected. Staff were super helpful in finding the item and just as friendly and helpful when I had to return it.
I've had people stop me on the street to ask where I've bought my clothing. Superdry of course!

Happy with what I purchased
Happy with what I purchased. I used click and collect and was such a simple process. The staff were lovely while I waited for them to bring my order through they were friendly and chatted away. Lovely folk.

The jacket I purchased had a hole in…
The jacket I purchased had a hole in where the security tag had been. I phoned the store and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and I must say his customer service skills were lovely. I ordered a new jacket and went in store to swap the damaged one.

From ordering on the website for in store collection to collection in store, the process was smooth and faultless. Product delivered in store just the next day ready for collection. Staff in York store were happy to help on collection of package.
