In store service is great
In store service is great. Order and waiting is shocking... Order and paid for a pair of cargo pants and been waiting for 12 days without hearing anything about it. It's unbelievable for this day when you could get online shopping delivery next day . Considering returned the order now.

Completely wrong delivery to what was requested
The top I got is lovely. However I ordered from the shop and specified I wanted to collect in store which I was reassured was possible, and would take no more than 48 hours for the item to arrive to the shop. The item arrived to my home address 3 days later just as I was leaving to go on holiday, this was very inconvenient what I specifically wanted to avoid.

GREAT SERVICE from Superdry delivery…
GREAT SERVICE from Superdry delivery was brilliant and quick ordered then 2 days later was here, also when had some queries about been told my item had unfortunately gone out of stock at the last minute and the money had left my account, all was very quickly sorted out via e-mail and money back into my account within days, so cannot fault them at all.

Delivery, communication and all were great but I didn’t like the 2 jumpers I chose - both too chunky and itchy. I returned them via Asda and the service was brilliant

Lovely backpack.
My purchase arrived quickly and I was kept informed on delivery dates etc. Very pleased with the backpack its as shown online and it was in the sale so well worth the money. It looks nice and has lots of little compartments and very roomy inside, comfortable to have on your back with padding around the straps. Very pleased.
