Horrendous experience with this company. Do yourself a favour and do not use them. Some personnel are nice enough onsite but nothing special. My fees for a single moveable storage unit increased 350% in 5yrs - justified by "increases in costs". However, new customers only paid $150pcm for same unit! One valuable item was broken and when I read over the T&Cs the insurance I had been told was included in the original payment plan was not there. Very ambiguous. I was not informed when the company moved the unit to a different location (upheaval of belongings), but wait! Then they moved it back for no apparent reason (more upheaval of belongings). This company is a nightmare who clearly thought of me as a "sticky customer" to be exploited. I have since moved to a smaller reliable company with good communication that does not treat customers like cash machines and where I have access to a non-movable unit. These people are not to be used unless for a very short time and you don't have anything valuable in the unit!!

After an early quote, it was nice that it was followed up and made an easy process for me as things started getting busier closer to the date of needing to store everything. The communication was always helpful and good natured, and negotiations were fair.

I arranged this with my mover and the process is straightforward, no hassle. One thing off the list reducing the stress of moving.
