Not the greatest experience
We hired the silent disco for my daughter's 12th birthday party and paid for 3 channels. Sadly, only 2 worked. Despite talking to the technical team on WhatsApp for nearly 4 hours and being advised to turn off and on, replug in and take apart the transmitter box to check the antennae connection, we were unable to get the 3rd box working. The sound quality on what worked was good and everything was clean and did what it was supposed to. It was disappointing to have the missing channel. When packing up to send back, Royal Mail cancelled the collection which proved very stressful as there are reminders that you will be charged extra if not returned by a specific date. I contacted the company to be partially refunded having not received the full service I paid for but have not received a response. Another disappointment.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much time troubleshooting the third channel, particularly during a special occasion. Whilst we’re pleased the sound quality and the rest of the equipment met your expectations, we’re disappointed that we couldn’t get everything working as it should.
We’d also like to reassure you about the courier collection. We never charge customers additional fees when Parcelforce cancel or fail to attend a scheduled collection. We appreciate that our return reminders may have caused some unnecessary concern, and we’ll look at making this clearer.
Regarding your refund request, a 50% refund has been applied to your order, although we’re sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly. We certainly wouldn’t expect you to pay the full amount when part of the system wasn’t working.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience wasn’t up to our usual standards. We work hard to make our silent discos straightforward and enjoyable, and we really appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue improving.

Super easy experience to hire
Super easy experience to hire what we needed. We opted for 20 head sets, three transmitters and a bubble machine. The set up instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow - even when they didn’t work the first time, their troubleshooting section resolved it immediately. Delivery was meant to be one day, so I waited in, but then received an email from royal mail saying delivery would be the next day. Slightly annoying but what can you do. To send back was a breeze - pack up, book a collection through royal mail and hand over to your local postie.

We’re particularly sorry that two of the headsets weren’t working correctly. We thoroughly check our equipment between hires, so it’s disappointing to hear that you experienced problems.
We appreciate that filming the equipment being packed away adds an extra step. We ask customers to do this simply to help protect everyone in the unlikely event that something goes missing or gets damaged during transit.
We’re also sorry that Parcelforce didn’t arrive for the scheduled collection. Unfortunately, courier collections don’t always go to plan, but we completely understand how inconvenient this can be.
Thank you again for your feedback. We really do appreciate it and will continue working to make the whole experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

A great experience from start to finish. Communication was prompt and helpful, making the whole booking process completely stress-free. The instructions were very helpful and detailed. The children had an absolute blast using the headsets for their silent disco, and everything worked seamlessly on the day. Great equipment, brilliant service, and highly recommended for any event.

Great experience for hen party!
We used super silent discos for a hen do recently where we threw our own festival at a glamping site! They were super easy to set up , all the cables already plugged in to the right things, you just have to plug into your device or use the Bluetooth connector and it’s good to go! We had a slightly hiccup with the delivery but Vicky was so helpful and went out of her way to get it sorted for me so I really appreciated that! Everyone had a great time and really affordable , would definitely recommend :)

Very easy to check everything in box when delivered. Packed very well and checklist available to check against. System was very easy to set up and return was very simple at post office. Had a great night and everyone in our group of 35 enjoyed it.
