The home visit was ok
The home visit was ok, only wanted a quote really to get idea of costs. But the big sell got my mom hooked. Fabrication took a good while as all window sizes differed. Fitting went well, thigh needed a further visit as one window wouldn’t lock properly. Fitted fine after shims were removed to allow closing. Still get foggy window when cold though.

After talking to the person that came and told us about the windows and the service to expect, he was very professional but very friendly and took time at the house with great advice.
The two boys who fitted the windows were quick, clean and very friendly and took time to explain what they were doing also very mindful that I had my mum living with us who is 92.
Overall I would always recommend Sureseal to friends and family

We had the very best experience from sureseal.From the very first visit from Jordan to the last day with James the fitter.The friendliness and professionalism from all was a breath of fresh air,we had seven windows and three doors.Our home is now warmer than ever and we have probably used 50% less on our central heating this winter.Nothing was too much trouble for the team,we would highly recommend Sureseal and wouldn't use anyone else for future projects.Dafydd Williams

Great service, quick and efficient, excellent craftsmanship by fitter! Excellent quality and value for money, the windows and door have transformed the look of the property whilst respectfully maintaining character of the ancient township surrounding the property 😊 Thank you Sureseal Windows we have received lots of positive comments and opinions about the windows and door from the local residents and visitors to the area! Extremely happy customer
From the lovely gentleman who came to our home to go through the brochures,our options & choosing what we would like - Jordan was great,at no point in the sale was he pushy so we felt in safe trusted hands from the get go! Then the surveyor came out & again he was great, very respectful of our home. We had a call to book the fitting date and they were happy for us to chose a date that worked well for us and the fitters. The fitters arrived on the day and time that we agreed and were extremely hard working whilst again respecting the privacy of our home ensuring that there was no mess left behind. We changed a bow bay window to a standard flat window and you would swear that we had had an external company come to patch up the render when infact it was the highly skilled team at Sureseal. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish have been nothing short of fantastic and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
