From the first visit to look at our requirements and measure up. Then the follow up visit by the surveyor and the final visit by the installer, all went like clockwork. The options were given of payments and we chose to install and pay within the year anniversary of installation , all interest free , providing you pay before the year is up. The installation was carried out professionally and competently by a great guy and who was clean and thorough with his work. The windows and door look fantastic and we are so pleased with the final result and so glad that we chose Sureseal windows to install them.

We had our new windows and door…
We had our new windows and door installed in late July, and the level of service provided exceeded our expectations. The installer completed the full installation within three days and maintained excellent standards throughout. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and have experienced no issues since the work was completed.
The installer worked cleanly, was consistently punctual, and ensured everything was left tidy each day. A special thank you to Jamie — your workmanship is exceptional, and we are both genuinely grateful. We also appreciate everyone involved in organising the installation; the process was smooth from start to finish.
We are very satisfied with the price we paid and fully intend to use this company again for future window replacements.

Fantastic customer service
Quality product but the real gem is the excellent customer service. We wern't easy, changed our minds twice, but they just "rolled with the punches" and gave us everything we asked for. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Sorry to be late with our review. We chose Sureseal after checking the reviews & knew we could go ahead with confidence. Our windows & door were fitted in May 25 to a very high standard. Yesterday I telephoned as we had a small problem with one side window. Today the fitter came ,solved & repaired it. Many thanks Sureseal.

Very impressed and happy with everything from start to finish. Honest and informative initial consultation, no pressure, helpful advice. The time from ordering to installation was spot on. The fitter, Sean, was very polite, skilled and hard working (the heat was intense, but he ploughed through 2 full 8 hour days). He did a great job, the windows and door looks fabulous and really makes a difference to the house. He cleaned up and was completely professional for the whole job. Would thoroughly recommend everything-even the payment plan options were helpful!

I have just had 11 windows and my front door fitted by Shawn/Sean (sorry not sure which spelling). He has done an amazing job, they look as though they have always been there, and was very friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend.
