I actually used to love these shoes but I would never buy again after my recent experience. Honestly, I’m surprised they’re are still in business. I just had to return a pair of shoes in size 5 (massive although same size as all my old pairs that fit perfectly) and they charged me £21 postage and a £36 administration ‘return’ fee! So basically after thinking I was buying a decently priced pair of shoes, then having tax added, then shipping here added, then shipping back added, then admin fee I paid out over £115 and got refunded £45!!
DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY. Complete con!
Swedish Hasbeens - just stop trading in the UK or include this crap very clearly in your pricing so people really understand what they are getting into.

Ordered some shoes, not suitable but it turns out the returns process is an absolute farce, I have emailed 5 times to request the return label be sent over to me but they have stopped replying apart from auto replies. Avoid this company at all costs

Do not buy these shoes! Like the gullible consumer I sometimes am, I bought these sandals because I had seen many celebrities wearing them and raving about them. So when I saw a sale for 70% off I bought a pair. Within hours of wear, the top strap came out of the sole! My husband said that he could glue them for me but I declined saying that a normally $375 pair of shoes should not be coming apart after one wear. They also killed my feet and that was only from standing and walking in them the equivalent of an hour. I was very disappointed. Not only that, I will not get my money back because it has been more than 14 days, so I imagine I will be sent an equally poorly made and painful pair as a replacement.

Do not I repeat DO NOT order from them. I bought a pair of heels and they were so uncomfortable so I printed a label to return them and shipped them out. I let them know they were on the way to them and asked Swedish hasbeens multiple times if I could have a refund and they told me they hadn’t gotten the shoes yet. That’s hard to believe they haven’t arrived because it’s been 3 months. Bad shoes and worse customer service!!!

My shoes arrived and they did not suit me so I returned them. I was asked to pay shipping and tax charges which amounted to £60. When I requested that this was refunded, they redirected me to UPS who said that Hasbeens had not paid the charge so it was down to the customer. I told Hasbeens this and they refused to refund me, not even as a good will gesture. I will not be ordering from them again and I would advise anyone that does to take caution, as you could also foot the bill for taxes because of their lack of due diligence!!

I ordered my hastens on clearance on February 24th; received them on March 1st. Not only was shipping quick and effortless, the shoes (the petaled slip in, two tone pink, high heel) are gorgeously made, and actually really comfortable, despite the high heel! They feel like they will last for decades, and they are absolutely adorable. I'm over-the-moon happy for them, and can't wait to leave to my nieces when I am beyond the point of wearing high heels :) Although.. who knows, maybe I'll just have to get them their own pairs. Couldn't love these more, thank you very much!!! I hope you make additional versions in this style, I love the two strap!!!

Appalling customer service. Due to some glitch I made an order twice. Emailed immediately. No response both orders are sent. After paying two ups fees of £49 a go I rejected second order as eventually advised. This was in December - still awaiting refund. Am owed over £200! Reckon they haven’t received return. Now raised it as a dispute with my credit card company. AVOIDED

I ordered them last week directly from their website and already received my order today! I didn’t receive an order confirmation but a couple of days later, I received a email saying that my package has shipped and gave me my package tracking information. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I absolutely love the way they look and feel. Very good quality. I’m a size 7 and was worried about the size, since the boots didn’t have zippers. They slipped on perfectly! I’m glad they fit me well and am super happy with my purchase.

Jag har returnerat ett par boots som inte passade. Efter mer än en månad har jag fortfarande inte fått mina pengar tillbaka och de svarar varken på mail eller i chatt. Nu har jag gjort en anmälan till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden.

Absolutely dreadful experience and awful customer service. I wish I had read the reviews below before purchasing. I wanted to try some shoes in London before ordering but couldn't find an outlet so took a chance so ordered some boots at £165 which were on sale. I paid for the shipping and wrapping costs but at no point I was made aware than then to receive the order UPS would ask me to pay £48.09 upon delivery. If you don't receive the shoes and refuse to pay you are charged with £30 and you can't return the shoes anyway without paying the UPS fee. The boots are so stiff that they are unwearable. I would have returned them anyway. I contacted customer service and received an email saying that it would take them 5 days to respond. I only got a reply when I copied BBC watchdog and it was the most unhelpful response I have ever received. They do not care, come back with a series of excuses about brexit and VAT and basically tell you that to return the shoes you have to pay £30 ON TOP of the postage. What was supposed to be a Christmas treat for myself has turned into a complete ripoff. I am now left with expensive shoes that i cannot wear as they are just too uncomfortable anyway. I will never order from this company again and I would encourage anyone not to order. Save your money and buy from a honest company with comfortable items and good consumer service. I hope BBC watchdog makes a programme about them so that no-one in the UK orders from them again. Total disgrace to be so misleading and to ripoff customers like this. They are called hasbeens and so should they be. Hasbeens. AVOID.

Önskar jag hade läst omdömen från andra innan jag köpte ett par skor via deras webbshop. Var säker på att detta företag var seriöst och professionellt. Icke. Katastrof!
Skorna var defekta när kom, jag fotade skadan direkt o gjorde en reklamation. Tog evigheter innan återkoppling där stod de önskade fler foton från alla möjliga vinklar. Skickade in nya uppdaterade foton. Dröjde en vecka. Två veckor. Jag mailar. Flera gånger. Inget svar. Tar till slut kontakt med deras VD som skriver att varje gång jag mailar hamnar mitt ärende längst ner o därmed längre svarstid. Till slut får jag ok att skicka in skorna. De sätter tillbaka mina pengar men "glömmer"160:- . Jag får maila igen och efter totalt 2 månader är detta ärende nu äntligen avslutat. Kommer ALDRIG handla här igen.

Betrüger!

Købte et par træsko hvor der var mærke i læderet. Henvendte mig straks med reklamation. Kunne ikke få lov at returnere dem da de mente det bare var læderet der så sådan ud, så blev nødt til at bruge min fortrydelsesret, da jeg ikke ønskede et par sko med trykmærke fra tang. Jeg skrev retter returlabel, som jeg måtte rykke efter da der var gået næsten 14 dage. Endelig kom den, jeg returnere sko. Herefter gik der yderligere uger før pengene kom retur, og kun en del af beløbet. Jeg kontaktede dem herom og fik info. At det var grundet de ikke havde godkendt min reklamation. Jeg info at det var jeg klar over og derfor returnere jeg skoene…. Alt i alt mange mails hvor jeg har forklaret det samme flere gange uden den mindste forståelse. Dette stod på i over 2 måneder, hvor jeg først nu pga min vedholdenhed, har fået hele beløbet retur. Det korte af det lange er, havde de blot byttet mine sko, så havde jeg været tilfreds og de havde haft et salg, og så kunne de ellers sælge de sko videre, som de jo alligevel gør…. Jeg vil aldrig handle med dem, det er simpelhen for besværligt hvis ikke det kører efter deres hoved….

I lam looking forward to wearing the red, Sky High Basket sandals I ordered 13 days ago! I’m still waiting for delivery. After my online order I received no order confirmation, just tracking info for Fedex. Sweedish Hasbeens washed their hands & did not respond to my email inquiry about delivery. Trying to get trueinfo from Fedex is impossible. Already for 8 days my shoes are sitting in a warehouse 30 minutes from my home. Fedex tracking has promised delivery on at least 5 days, but each day the status changes & clogs have still not arrived.

I normally really love the company, ordered since a decade. But now I ordered two sizes, because I was not sure about the fit, and one pair I have to give back of course. Since more than a week now I wrote a lot of emails telling them that I cannot start the online return procedure, because they have spelled my email-address wrong in their systems (but my order confirmation reached me, so they could just check that they added an 'a' to my name). I don't know what to do on top to get rid of the small size for which I paid already

Skoene var alt for små i størrelsen, så de måtte retur. Synes det virker godt på andre sites at køberne har vurderet dette. Her skriver de bare de er normale i størrelse og til alle typer af fødder. Det passer ikke.

Bemærk returen så er absurd dyr. 23 euro. Ikke ok. Sikkert fordi mange returnerer fordi deres beskrivelser ikke passer.

Handler nok ikke der igen!

Retur kostnaden er over 50% av prisen. Sykt! Ubehagelige sko.

Det fremgår dog af deres hjemmeside, men det fik jeg ikke lige set. Jeg handler virkelig meget på nettet og har ALDRIG oplevet at en retur koster 23 EURO ( til Sverige)
Det skal man lige tænke over inden man handler her. Jeg kommer i hvert fald ikke til at handle her igen :-(
