Omari Brown my sales consultant was exceptional in finding me the right Mini. After a number of false starts on ones I showed interested in, we found exactly the right vehicle on the showroom forecourt rather than from other sites. Test drove on the Saturday and picked it up on the Monday. Had the car for a week and am due to go tomorrow to have my private number plate fitted. Provided that goes OK, I am very pleased with the attention of Sytner Coventry.

Really great service once Chris took over the sale of my mini. He answered messages quickly and with helpful detail and went above and beyond to advice and guide me throughout. Also he has an excellent extremely friendly and personable manner which enhanced the whole experience and added to the excitement of getting my new car. Experience in the dealership was…Fantastic
Experience in the dealership was excellent. There was one issues which delayed collection due to an issue with ownership being transferred from Mini to the dealership, however I was kept informed throughout and it was resolved quickly.
Experience whilst on site was Excellent, Harry was well informed, knowledgeable and able to find me a vehicle that suited exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for any more.
