MY CAR WAS IN SHEFFIELD BMW BODYSHOP BEING REPAIRED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS !
THE REPAIRS ARE NOT OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY
"WE ARE HAPPY TO LET IT GO " WAS THE TERM USED
UPON COLLECTION OF MY CAR.
WITHIN 5 MINS OF CHECKING THE CAR IT BECOMES
APPARENT THE REPAIR IS UNACCEPTABLE !
THIS BODYSHOP NEEDS LOOKING AT IF MY CAR WAS
HAPPY TO BE LET GO THEN I THINK YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS BODYSHOP AND THE QUALITY OF REPAIRS YOU CARRY OUT !
AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY WITH SUB STANDARD
REPAIRS.

Excellent service from Sytner BMW Sheffield especially Paul Whitehouse from initial enquiry to picking the car up. Paul was attentive but not pushy he spent time ensuring we got the right car for us and when we picked it up he had a few surprises which we very much appreciated. Thank you Paul for all you did for us.

A truly 5 star experience!
Sytner sets the benchmark for efficiency and great customer service, based on my experience.
We booked our car in for a standard service. The welcome is friendly and efficient. An assigned representative confirms the work to be done.
We were offered a hot drink during this process, and then a free dealership taxi dropped us where we needed to get to approximately 10 minutes away.
After we picked up our cleaned and washed car, we received a link to a video from the technician who explained the checks and works he had completed.
A truly 5 star service! Thank you Scott and Joe at BMW Sytner Sheffield.

I recently bought a MINI from Sytner Sheffield, part-exchanging my old MINI, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
The service was excellent from start to finish. I felt really well looked after, and the whole process was relaxed and enjoyable.
Brad was really helpful and passed me onto Courtney, the saleswoman who was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made everything really straightforward and smooth. She was always happy to answer any questions and made the whole buying and part-exchange process feel completely hassle-free.
I’m really pleased with my new MINI and would definitely recommend Sytner Sheffield.

MOT and brake fluid services
28/6, I paid for MOT and changing brake fluid. But I just received video for MOT. Can I receive another video to change Brake Fluid as well. This is same as 30/5/26, I got the video for changing enginer oil. I want to keep all series video, thanks.
