Shocked - a main dealer that seems genuine
I'm super impressed with this dealership. A breath of fresh air compared to many others. Excellent comms prior to visit. I even got a call to make sure I was aware of the drive in set up - there are 4 roller doors, you drive up to one with a green welcome sign, drive in, someone greets you straight away, directs you to a table with comfy chair and socket so you can work/relax after someone has checked you in. I was told the car would be ready by the end of the day but the recall, free valet and truly complimentary healthcheck was complete in 2 hours. I was advised about a couple of things which would need to be fixed in time and given a quote but absolutely no pressure. I heard others being given the same kind of info without any pressure at all. So different to my local dealer who tried to pressure me to buy 2 new tyres which they claimed would fail an MOT, yet 2 independent garages couldn't find a fault and the MOT was passed. This dealer is 150 miles from home and I am raving about them to friends and family. If I need to use a main dealer again I will make the journey here.

It's always a pleasure to visit Sytner BMW in Sheffield, I had my car in for an MOT and was served by Scott, who was very pleasant and professional. Whilst I was not able to gain an update during the day on the MOT, this was my fault as my number was recorded down in the system right and neither was my email (sorry again for this Scott!) - they did everything I needed, knowing I am selling the vehicle. Rest assured, I will be back.

I have had recent severe( air filter
I have had my BMW car recent service ( air filter , oil change spark plugs from BMW Sytner Sheffield bright side which has cost me £680. Immediate after the service engine management sign comes on. I have provided them fault code using OBD . They are willing to diagnose again which would charge is another£ 150 + repair cost £232. I wasn’t happy for diagnostics charge and I did not go ahead with their proposal. Instead I bought the parts and decided to do repairs from independent BMW specialists and surprisingly the parts I paid around £48 it is actually somewhere else only £20. They are just charging unreasonably.

Easy to make an appointment with…
Easy to make an appointment with service and to communicate with them via WhatsApp. No hanging around on the phone waiting to be put through. Helpful staff and nice to be offered a hot drink. Special shout out for Ben who was very helpful in helping us get to the bottom of the problem.
