I paid a small amount (€0.10) to modify an image, but I was not clearly informed that this would result in a recurring Pro subscription. I was subsequently charged **€49.90**.

I did not knowingly authorize or intend to subscribe to a Pro plan. I also **did not use the subscription and was unable to access the two photos I had paid for**.

I contacted customer support and requested a full refund, but they initially offered me only a **50% refund**.

I have provided proof of the €49.90 charge as well as the two €0.10 payments and am currently requesting a full refund.

In my experience, the subscription terms were **not sufficiently transparent**, and I strongly recommend checking the payment conditions very carefully before entering your card details.

I would not recommend using this service unless the pricing and subscription conditions are made much clearer.

Fraudulent website. Apply unauthorised charges to your credit card; they already have an automated machine to reply to client complaints and offer you a 50% discount without checking anything (you get ellaborsted replies within 1 minute of having sent an email). Fully uncompliant with EU Consumer protection legislation.

Scammer, say U have to pay 10 cent for a picture. This didnt worked... Was incredible ugly.
After 24 hours they say i had sign a contract. This never had happen.

Vorsicht ABO-Falle!!!!! Man lässt ein Foto bearbeiten, soll dann mit paypal 10 Cent bezahlen, damit das Bild freigeschaltet wird, die Qualität ist zwar gut, aber danach werden nochmal 49,90 Euro abgebucht und es kommt ein Gückwunsch für das ABO, das man gar nicht bestellt hat!!!! Miese Masche!!!!!

The website Tapisai is a total scam. They charge a tiny amount, like ten cents, to modify a picture, but they hide the fact that you're signing up for a recurring Pro account. They then charge forty-nine euros and ninety cents without your authorization. Be careful and make sure to only pay through PayPal so you can open a dispute.

Demand your money back immediately via email and explicitly state that you never authorized a Pro account.

Es una estafa. El correo electrónico al que dirigirte NO FUNCIONA. Cuando compras por 10 céntimos la creación de una foto con IA, NO TE EXPLICAN QUE TE OBLIGAN A SUBSCRIBIRTE ANTES DE 24 HORAS. Te cobran 49.90 euros al MES. SIN AVISARTE.

Do not trust this website! They use deceptive dark patterns to steal your money. I paid €0.10 for a single image, and just one day later, they charged €50.00 from my credit card without my authorization or clear consent for a subscription.Their website clearly states a 7-day money-back guarantee, but their support refuses to answer my refund requests via email. They only tell me to cancel the subscription, but they keep the stolen money.This is a total scam trap. I am already filing a fraudulent charge dispute (chargeback) with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Save your money and stay away from TapicsAI!

SCAM, hidden charges next day of 50 euro. Keep clear from them

I signed up for TaPicsAI expecting a one-time payment for a single use of their service. The next day, I was charged an additional $50 without clear warning. Their terms and conditions did not clearly disclose this extra charge at checkout, so I never knowingly agreed to it. On top of the billing issue, the product itself was poor quality and didn't meet expectations. I'm now trying to get a refund. Be careful with their billing — check the fine print before paying.
