The web site was very easy to use. Lots of options. So ordering was easy. Arrived about 11 days after the order was placed. Good communication from the company during production. The tarp is exactly as ordered and fits well to its intended use.

I started on an order with Tarps & All on August 7. The order was finally sent out on September 28. To date, I’ve received over 70 emails trying to get this order complete. Sometimes I would receive 3 to 4 messages in one day with the same question from different people. I would answer the question only to receive further emails.

Tarps & All did a mock up for the dimensions given by thee person that would be installing the tarp. The dimensions for the tarp were 228” x 192” x 140” x 192”. I approved the mock up they sent. Next email I received multiple times asked, “where is the mock up your supposed to send.” I had to explain to them that I wasn’t sending a mock up; they sent me the mock up.

Next, there were multiple emails telling me I had to approve the mock up before production can begin. I had to point out to them that I had approved days, if not a week previously. That approval was my account on Tarps & All. So finally, we can get started on the order.

When my handyman tried to install the tarp, it did not fit. The front and back of the tarp both was supposed to be 192”, The front of the tarp was 192”, but the back measured 179”. There was no way to make it work. After all the emails, mock up, and approval back and forth, Tarps & All screwed up my order.

I contacted them to let them know the problem. They wanted me to lay out the tarp and make a video of myself measuring the tarp and then upload to them. I am not able to do that. There’s no room in my backyard or front yard to lay out the tarp. Most of my back yard is swimming pool. I obviously can’t lay it over the pool. What I did send them was a photo of the partially hung panel showing that it was to short to make it to the end of the pergola. We measured it while on the pergola. The back was only 179”.

I have contacted customer service daily. Here’s my last response from Tarps & All:“We are sorry to note your disappointment regarding the highlighted issue. We have noted your comment and regret to let you know that we are unable to identify the highlighted issue without the requested details. Moreover, our production unit is in overseas and hence, we do not accept returns for a reship/refund/store credit.”

Their mistake, they won’t fix the problem or issue a refund. I’m out $314.00 and no tarp for my pergola.

The service and delivery was great.
We got this small tarp for a dog seat cover. As it was a good price and quality. So far it is working for us.

I recently received my custom tarps, and my experience from the initial purchase through to delivery was excellent. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and the attention to detail provided. I will certainly choose to shop with Tarpsandall again in the future.

The tarp is quality material and will no doubt last for years even under heavy use. To illustrate how tightly woven the material is: I added snaps on one side. Similarly to grommets, it requires punching or pre drilling holes. It took some effort to make the small hole because of the fabric. It is stiff, but it should be. It’s not inexpensive, but the Southwest sun beats the heck out of regular tarps. In the end this should pay for itself through time.

Nice heavyweight material; will not rip; easy to add additional grommets.
My only complaint would be that individual panels varied in height by about an inch. I recall something on the website saying there may be some variance in length from what was ordered, but I thought that was for the entire order, not individual panels within the order.
It just makes hanging them more complicated because it's not a straight line; or you end up with uneven amounts on the floor.

Made tarp exactly to my specifications

The tarps came on time. They're very well made. I haven't put them up yet, but I think they'll be great period they're clear whether protecting tarps are awesome. I would buy again.

Very disappointing quality and customer support

The first grommet that failed was a corner grommet installed by Tarps&All. After that, we added additional grommets to distribute the load more evenly. We then tested the tarp with water to simulate rain, the material sagged badly and several more grommet areas started tearing

Customer support reviewed the photos, acknowledged what happened, but still refused any replacement or resolution, blaming “installation”

Glad we tested it before an actual rainstorm. I wouldn’t trust this tarp for its intended purpose
