Delays, delays, delays and no real schedule for delivery
My order was placed on May 21. I believe I was told 5 to 7 days to ship. Then that was postponed to June 15 and it’s been postponed “4 to 5 days” each week since. I keep receiving what I believe to be is a standard email that keeps stating “4 to 5 days” which is clearly absolute BS. That’s not scheduling that’s deceiving the customer. I’m beginning to wonder if I will ever receive my tarp. These guys will tell you what you want to hear and then totally disregard their promises.

Their website is a mess. Options appear and disappear. Three times I tried to place an order and I ended up with no options just a basic tarp. They claimed my email was wrong but they kept emailing me offers and ads. to my correct email. I never got written confirmation and they billed mt credit card immediately. Imcompetence!!

Ordered a tarp with grommets and paid for priority shipping. Even called and spoke with a representative to ensure delivery time. When the tarp didn’t arrive and I reached out they said due to unexpected delays I could expect the tarp in another week. I received no notification of the delay. I expect a full refund, we shall see. Unacceptable I will not be ordering from this company again! :)

Incorrect information on website
I ordered from them because their website stated that production would be 24 to 48 hours and shipping would be 2 to 10 days. In reality their production took 11 DAYS and they moved the delivery date out so the tarp will now arrive while I am on the trip I wanted it for. It will probably get stolen from my porch while I'm gone. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I contacted them via chat and that was more wasted time. They just repeated what I had said and apologized for their production delays. No offer to try to resolve the problem other than asking if someone else could take the package in. WTH??? I NEED the tarp for my trip. How about getting it to me on time? THAT would be a resolution. This company is awful.

placed an order31/5 the picture on the website cleary shows grommets and holes for the fixings .. ordered the fixings too . Its arrived yestrday with no grommets or holes at all . theres no way of fixing this tapolin to my gazeebo.Have emailed there careline and await a response. need to return it and have the correct one delivered to me. dont mind paying for the additional work but not the delivery as I feel duped by their website

Ordered a custom tarp that was 2" out…
Ordered a custom tarp that was 2" out of square so It didnt fit the pergola we ordered it for right. There was a seem at 6' on the 8' length and they could have made the tarp out of 1 whole peice. Lastly the tarp itself has white tie die looking marks on it that look like someone scribbled on it with white chalk. Received a half hearted response from someone in costumer service. I was fine with keeping it but feel I should have received a discount for the poor workmanship and stained canvas. I dont recommend ordering anything from this company.

I paid to get it delivered less than a week, they sent a message stating it would be delivered in about 2 weeks I sent a email requesting the extra money reimbursed back to me. They never responded to the email or offered money back. I tell all my friends not to buy from them and I will make a statement with BBB and Amazon.

We ordered a canvas tarp to cover our pool solor cover when we roll it up on the reel,so the sun does not burn it.It arrived in a timely manner for a custom order. Getting the package through UPS was a problem. I have been spoiled by Amazon. Item itself was OK, though I think I missed the options for "holes" for mounting. Also cutting and threading could use improvement. Some of the thread is already loose. Suggest your description be "more clear" about options. Otherwise item was as ordered.

Don't buy a custum tarp with the clear plastic. They don't hold up to the winter. They get brittle and crack. They don't hold up to the wind. They tear. The other solid HD material will hold up to the wind. The clear is too thin.
