Ordered a growkit online that promises 400g yield after the first round. My total yield is like 8 grams. I am experienced in growing but the customer service tries to gaslight me into thinking it would be due to bad growing conditions - but can't explain what exactly is the problem upon several times asking them. No refund in sight, only the same growing tipps that I already visually proofed to apply 10 times. Waste of time, money and energy.
Buy growkits somehwere else!

This website is a scam. I tried two times to order using a bank transfer, but it did not work. After that, I sent the money with Bitcoin. At first, customer support replied, but as soon as the Bitcoin payment was sent, they stopped answering — even though I sent the transaction ID and all needed information.

Since then, support has not replied at all, and the support phone number does not work. I also called one of the shops in Amsterdam, but they could not help me or confirm anything.

This is fraud. Do not order from this website.

Hola, Es una empresa frudulenta! Les pedí en mi primera compra con tatanka.nl , el pedido eran 4 box, oferta 2 productos del 2×1 total 2 pay +2 free, y de 4 productos pedidos solo recibí 1 solo producto, he intentado solucionarlo con ellos con fotos y pruebas de los hechos, y me han dejado tirado ... No compre mas en tatanka.nl .. Son estafadores y no se responsabilizan de sus pedidos... Y tampoco su empresa de envio DHL... Es decir han perdido un gran cliente para siempre...

I’d like to start the review by saying I visited the shop irl in 2017 and placed three orders in the last 7 years. Never had any complaints since now. I’d also like to say that I’m quite navigated in magic truffles, I know how to take them and I also followed the instructions provided on the site.
Placed an order in mid June, three boxes of truffles and one grow kit. The grow kit doesn’t seem to be growing anything (again, read the instructions throughly and stored the box appropriately), and it’s been 20 days
The truffles didn’t do a thing, I ate those specific truffles before and always worked.
I ate them with two friends of mine, none of us felt anything.
I reached out to them, even saying that it could probably be a defect developed during the transportation since it’s really hot in Italy right now, so I didn’t blame them at first. Just said the truffles didn’t work.
After an excruciating exchange of emails they concluded that it was my fault, offered a 40% discount that is already available site-wide at the time I’m writing (so they didn’t offer anything) and told me to get over it basically. It’s a shame cause I’m not a first time customer, I know how high my tolerance is and I know how to assume the truffles.
Don’t buy from them, there are far better shops that sell grow kits and truffles than this one. Don’t reach out to them if you don’t wanna be blamed and scammed.

I ordered 9 packages of some of the strongest truffles from their online shop and have to sadly say that these were of the worst quality I ever experienced.

The truffles had absolutely no effect at all on me: no visuals, no energy, no high; only the bitter taste of the truffles.

I'm also used to being able to store mushrooms and truffles for quite a while. But this company gives an expiration date of only 1 - 2 months! I stored mine in a dark and cool place like I'm used to doing and I believe that they never had any effect to begin with since I took my first batch within the indicated time-frame and felt nothing.

Ordered and paid - no package, no email with tracking and no responce to at least 5 emails, I wouldnt touch the website again!!!

Had delivered everything I order within a week so far so good. Spores came with ampule and syringe.

Awful customer service. Very rushed unpleasant and without my permission charged me in the wrong currency without even letting me chose. Avoid. Truffles also weak.

They took the money and didn't send any items. I try to text them and no one replays.
Chat on the website also is not working it's says "We are offline".
I think that they close the business but still take orders and money.

EDIT 27.08.2024 - I worte to the support that my order has been canceled and no one replay. I try to get back my money without a luck so I gave UP.

I ordered twice from Tatanka they get 2 stars.
The first purchase was good (two small grow kits at 20euro each) and I would've given them 5 stars but has been reduced to 2 stars because the 2nd item I purchased was an 80euro grow kit that arrived contaminated and deemed unusable, they refused any help, advice or even partial refund (to enable me to make a different order) despite not sending correct instructions with the kit and my following the recommendation on their site for storage.

I got what i asked for, Came as aspected on the day, my mushrooms took about two weeks more to start growing, don’t know why,?? But they are on the way!.

10th of January 2021, I ordered High Hawaiian and Dragon Dynamite. I sent the money successfully via bank-transfer. Later the week, they sent me an email asking if the adresse was correct and I approved by responding back.
It is now 28th of January 2021 and I still havn't got any parcel nor update about it. Never have I heard from them again. I sent 2 email regarding that the product is still "on-hold" in the website, but never got a response.

Total scam didn't deliver product took my money and refused refund.... Stay away
