Jasmin is the best dentist I,ve ever had so kind and understanding can,t praise her enough

I’ve been with this dental clinic for several years now and can’t fault the service! The friendly staff are a pleasure to deal with and I always leave feeling like I’ve been looked after! The reception staff today were lovely and the Hygienist I saw was brilliant! Keep up the good work!

Very surprised having been with this practice for several years now to be told when calling to make an urgent appointment sorry we no longer take NHS patients!!! Maybe a letter or email informing their patients they were going down this route would have been a good idea 🤔the website tells you the very successful practice now runs eight surgeries and let’s not forget these were built with NHS patients 🙈. My personal and family experience has always been total confidence and admiration for the staff at this practice but I certainly feel totally let down by these actions 😢

An appointment been booked, turn up and tooth checked. Sadly nothing they can do about it. Reception said, don't worry nothing to pay. A month after receiving an overdue account to pay? Shocking! The manager said because the appointment has been book need to pay, regardless the mistake said by reception. Wow, be careful you have been warned.

They are now going all private. This practice used to be good, but now it seems it's all about money.

My poor elderly father and his wife with Alzheimer's had to queue outside to register, as he believed he would lose his place at the dental clinic.

After 1.5 hour, and having to be sat down on a chair, he finally got to the reception desk, where there was just one receptionist. They told him they would need to take his bank account details, which he gave, not realising that he had been signed in to a membership scheme where he would be paying monthly, (he was unaware which scheme and how much!)

Luckily this is also my dental clinic. I was alerted when I tried to remake an appointment which they had messed up, to be told it was now over 2 months so I would have to pay for another dental check up, 4-5 months after the last one. Which I would obviously pay for. Given the fact that I have check-ups once per year as a rule, I was pretty annoyed. I noticed in the membership scheme, I would be paying £168 for the lowest scale membership, giving me 2 check-ups per year. this for me is an increase of about £130 per year. The scheme only gives you a small discount, if you need treatment, so what's the point? Apart from just paying out money.

Hence, my father has now taken his business else where, and I will be soon.
