You don’t get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression
UPDATE: 6/1/26 not even 24 hours later, the company reached out to me with sincere apologies with a commitment to immediately replace and look into better packaging for fragile items. Melissa has been incredibly responsive and I have trust this was merely an unfortunate situation made worse by how the shipper handled the package as it was apparent this was damaged before I even opened it! I have multiple stain glass items yet to arrive, hopefully optimistic!
As it is said, you don’t get a second chance for first impression! Although the image quality is beautiful on the wood, however the packaging was so poor that the wood came cracked as well as the wooden stand it sits on. I will attempt to find remedy with the company and understanding things happen in shipping so I will return with a wonderful review upon replacement of an intact piece as once again the image and wood is beautiful, however it is crack and broken. Stay tuned!

Item is cheaply made, not at all what was advertised, and then ended up arriving broken! I am out $90! Absolute disappointment.

I would provide zero stars if I could. My product arrived completely shattered by shipping. The packaging is inadequate to protect the glass from breaking during shipping. Furthermore there seems to be no telephone number to contact the company to resolve this issue. The product was expensive which I was willing to pay but not to receive a broken product and then have no way of communicating with the company so that I can either have a new item shipped or refund my money.

A beautiful representation of our Minnie
We had to put our 15 year old Cocker spaniel Minnie to sleep as her health had declined significantly, it left the whole family devastated, I saw your advert for a glass picture memorial, it has just arrived and it it absolutely fantastic, there where tears but a lot of happiness remembering Minnie.
