My expections were not high due to having bad experiences with on-line products. The photos and descriptions never matched the quality of what I received.
This product blew me away!. I bought it as a gift and WOW when I opened the box. It was absolutely beautiful and the quality was awesome! Will definitely be ordering more from this company!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Once they take your money you get the same message all the time….”your order is in the process of being finished. “. It’s been going on three weeks and still have not received it. This will be the last time I will use this company. I will be putting in a complaint about how terrible a company they are.

Product was beautiful. I was kept up to date on where my items was in transit. It did take a few weeks but always felt confident that I would get my item. I did. Great packaging. 100% satisfied.

Steals work. Fake patterns. Absolute scam.
Horrible app full of fake stolen posts and patterns. Adbots infiltrate Facebook groups and posts, stealing other people's real stories and hard work. It's absolutely disgusting. Many many people have got patterns only to find out they don't work. Immensely angry that this is still happening. Wouldn't touch anything tedoo related ever in my life. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I have had to tell three different creators of their work that I found stolen. One with a fake story about a brother that commited suicide. Subjects that you do not lie about. Absolutely disgusting.

1 of the sun catchers have a broken rim and it is not the stained glass its like plastic and it has a hole in the plastic and no one will return my message about the.
You have the chance to make this situation right so we will wait for your new products to arrive.

Amazed by the quality and it turned out exactly as the image I created on the website. Got one in memory of my dog and it capture’s his golden colour with the sunlight shining through. Now I know how perfect these are, I’ll be buying more, as they are a perfect gift.

Deceptive advertising
It's very nice, but it's false advertisement. Because in the advertised video, it shows it about twelve inches in diameter.But when it arrives, it's actually six inches in diameter. So pretty deceptive in my eyes.

Been waiting 2.5 weeks
Been waiting 2.5 weeks. Says they are close to finishes 2 weeks ago. Still not shipped. Contacted and get zero response , they now say it's shipped. Yet their page says they would send a photo of finished which they didn't and their tracking says making still, I've sent countless emails already to the email you keep saying here
