The website ordering process is above average compared to competition in this area. The sun catcher is beautifully made and looks amazing. Very well crafted. It will last a long time. Communication from the company regarding status and shipping was minimal and had me believing a couple times that I was being scammed. In the end, the product arrived in good condition. However, I ordered two of the same Suncatcher as gifts but I only received one. I've reached out to support to see if they will create and ship me the second unit that I already paid for. From order to delivery was a little over 6 weeks, so be prepared to wait without much input regarding your order but you won't be sorry with the quality.

Update June 20: I reached out to Support twice by email (Jun 16, Jun 19) I have not yet received a response.

I ordered several things with mixed results. I ordered 4 “strained glass” plates and 1 custom rug .

The product videos and images are deceptive , for instance on the “ stained glass plates” the result item that is sent is not what is featured in a few videos they show (I.e. it’s really just a custom photo sticker pasted into a piece of circular glass instead actual stained glass with metal ridges as shown in the AI videos ) and the results still look nice despite just being a sticker —one exception was that one piece had the sticker sloppily put on , it was not well adhered to the glass and there were uneven little globs of material . I requested that that one be remade and they promised to “absolutely make it right” after insisting to see photos as proof (which I did, twice) . Then they admitted that they sent the re-make to another customer’s address instead of mine . They promised to correct it and send it out “immediately.” It’s now been a few weeks and customer service refuses to reply at all to me now . Total silence . So I am out $69.99 plus shipping (about $15) in that order presently .

Second order was for a custom rug made from a photo. The sample image of what would be created looked fantastic . They sent me a photo after a few weeks of the result , and it looked laughably different and worse . So I messaged them that I wouldn’t be happy with that result . There was some back and forth , they agreed it was bad , and said they were making a new one , after some confusion and that nothing was shipped yet . It’s been a few months now and they are refusing to reply now at all to any of my inquiries about it and my requests for an update . So I am now out $219 for that order . I’m about to take it up with my bank as a dispute and fraud .
Very disappointing and frustrating . And creepy that they are ignoring my attempts to contact them . My last communication was to ask for a refund . More silence .

Product from photo to finished piece is exceptional & as ordered. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results & this will make a beautiful memorial piece for my son.

This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I placed two separate orders over 2 month ago, I didn’t received either order despite the tracking telling me they were delivered. The company said they made a mistake and will remake and send out asap. It’s been a month and have not got my orders. Customer support is awful, takes forever for them to respond if at all. I would not recommend ordering from this site. Super frustrating!

I’m very happy with my product. My dog Royce was my big baby & when i suddenly lost him I was extremely heartbroken. My sun catcher is a brilliant way to honour him. My order arrived within a couple of weeks & the quality & likenesses to Royce is amazing.

I really love the stained glass of my beloved Cozzi. I miss him so and I love see my favorite picture of him, catching the sun. It’s really well done. Thank you.

This is what horse girls call their heart horse. It is beautiful. I posted it on my FB page and the comments nothing but good. I have had several people want to know who did it and where I got it. I sent them info on Tedooo and I am sure you will get orders from them. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. I will be ordering more.
