If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would! I have 19+ emails back and forth from their customer support about my package. It shows it in Ohio and between Norwalk and Cleveland 28 times, I'm located in Colorado! My package was to be delivered by Oct 8th! They tell me it's at my local USPS when it shows it across the country and they don't supply me with a USPS tracking number. Also told me if I don't go pick it up, it will be returned! I explained several times I am in a different state and have asked for a refund multiple times!

Never received my package I live in…
Never received my package I live in Texas and they delivered in California. I’ve already complained through email and they continue to say to check with my local carrier which I have but you cannot deny that it was delivered to Ontario California when I live in El Paso Texas, I continue to get the runaround and give them the opportunity to make it right, but they haven’t never again while I order from this company

Order was never received and it was…
Order was never received and it was delivered to someone in a totally different town. I contacted them and supposedly they are resending the items but I have not yet received any updates on the replacement after multiple emails about what happened. Really disappointed and can not understand how my order was delivered to the wrong place. Not a good experience.
