Tegiwa is one of the top performance…

Tegiwa is one of the top performance part companies I have ever used for the past 5 years, outstanding customer service!

Amazing support, amazing parts and amazing people.

Would not shop anywhere else, and they also have a very welcoming place if you ever wish to collect parts.

I recommend everyone to use Tegiwa over other companies.

These parts were shipped out, and the delivery was refused because of duties applied by the destination country.

There is an option in shipping to pay the duties in advance, which was not selected for this order; as such, this was applied by customs on arrival.

As the parts covered the distance and had to be shipped back again, these costs needed to be covered. The value of the item was refunded once it was booked back in.

Please reconsider your review as this is not a fair reflection of our service.

Bought a Exedy Single Series Stage 1…

Bought a Exedy Single Series Stage 1 Organic Clutch kit for my Fk 7 Honda Civic 1.5 turbo. Clutch pressure plate burnt out after only just over 7,678 miles.
Worst clutch ever. To add insult supplier wanted me to foot the bill to return the faulty clutch!!

Exedy have a strict warranty procedure which we MUST abide by, I can't see that you've reached out to us about this issue. The only contact I can see under your email eludes to a Spoon parts enquiry.

You get a years warranty with us, please reach out and we can see what we can do here. I don't personally believe this is really deserved, as its the suppliers policy rather than ours.

Clutch warranties are probably one of the more complex out of the parts we distribute - they can have many factors including:
- Was the flywheel new or resurfaced?
- Was too much grease applied during install?
- Was the clutch kit correctly broken in?
- Has the kit become contaminated during use?
- Has the kit been installed correctly?

A lot of the time a clutch manufacturer, not strictly Exedy, will want to see these kits themselves. And yes paying to get the part to them is pretty standard, however if your case is won and the parts are found to be at fault they will reimburse you for the cost to ship it.

As I said, best to reach out to us on this as I can't see you have at all. We can go from there.

Very poor service first time using them and won’t be again cancelled the order yet another internet company that can’t deliver on what they advertise
I wouldn’t waste my time or money here

As your reply I should update your website as when ordered 24h delivery by Monday so that’s your issue not mine

This review isn't very fair - we clearly state that we're closed over the weekend. You ordered on the 28/6/25, a Saturday, we had this packed on and on the pallet ready to ship on the 30th (Monday), ready for delivery to yourself today (1/7/25, Tuesday).

Regarding your edit, the website is coded to state 'Order now and we'll dispatch your item on Monday!'. This is set to run Saturdays, Sundays and Fridays after 2PM.

Used to be a good company to deal with, but now they're really poor value for money, just blatantly eye gouging customers for every penny, and resting on their former reputation. Shop elsewhere for JDM parts, there is far better value to be found.
And finally, the 'new' website is utterly atrocious and a PITA to use.

We've always offered a price-matching service should you find bits cheaper elsewhere. Please consider keeping us as a contender there - a lot of the time we can happily match with what you find online. Prices have gone up over the years yes but thats across the industry as a whole, rather than us strictly.

As for the website feedback, happy to take that on. We're still very much developing this every day. Welcome to share detailed feedback over email - ultimately how you guys get on using it is top priority.

Great company who clearly care about customers

Great company that sell quality parts that are fairly priced. I had a hiccup with one of my orders (dhl issue not tegiwa) sending an order to tanzania instead of to me and customer service were bang on. Took a day to reply granted but these guys are busy no doubt so it wasn't a major to me. Issue was resolved by the team with no questions asked and a freebie without even requesting one. Love the touch of the haribo's you get with the order, i mean who doesn't like a fun size pack of haribos? Asked for advice on one order before a purchase and got a reply within 30mins. I'd have no hesitation buying from these guys again I can't fault them.

Don’t believe the delivery dates. Never true

I made an order on 28th April 2025 for an item which was showing as in stock then. Once the order was completed, got an email saying that the product is delivered by royal mail in 2-3 business days. I waited for 4 business days and no news from them. Sent an email to customer service on 2nd May 2025 and till now no response. This was my first order and did so due to the positive reviews about the website. But now I think I made a mistake.

Edit on 9/05/2025 - Have sent two email and yet no reply. Absolute pathetic service.

Till this moment, everything has been okay. Communication was a bit slow at first, but after a quick call, everything was resolved smoothly. Delivery was no issue — I received the first part of my order without any problems.

It seems like the team is doing their best, and I appreciate the discount I received

2k win from a great company

Iv used tegiwa for about 6 months now , after buying a ep3 , I find the prices are good and quality of the products perfect,I recently won £2000 credit in a tegiwa draw,had a phone call to confirm, and had a great amount of help to choose a set of wheels, I’m sure they rolled there eyes when I sent countless emails but the they went above and beyond to help had a fare few packets of haribos from them with previous orders , thanks guys .

Return policy, took a while!

So it’s taken 15 days so far to not receive a refund for the bits I’ve returned.
They never responded to my return request initially. I had to call them and was told it would be sorted as soon as the parts were returned.
Well of course still no refund!
SORT IT OUT!

So my refund finally came after calling numerous times and, it would seem dealing with someone who was actually bothered!
Nearly 3 weeks for a refund, phew.

No Item, No update

Placed an order on 2nd December, item said it would be back in stock within 2-3 weeks, funnily enough it still says the same now. Fast forward to today and still no update on my order. Clearly Tegiwa think it’s acceptable to lie and keep hold of over £1000 of a customers money.
