Very quick delivery time and parts come in immaculate condition

THE premier UK based parts company hands down. Great service and advice every time. When faced with decisions to make on parts and parting with hard earned cash these guys come up with the goods. Recently I enquired about the correct parts for aftermarket steering wheel installation on a Honda civic FN2, Jim almost immediately fired an email back listing all the things I needed. Makes life so much easier. Thank-you.

J'ai commandé un hondta flash pro chez tegiwa import, et franchement pas deçus, communication au top, livraison rapide et en plus, apres avoir fait plusieurs paniers sur des sites francais, tegiwa import est beaucoup plus interressant niveau prix, frais de douane compris. Donc tres satisfait de tegiwa import et je compte bien commander le reste des pieces dont j'ai besoin pour ma type r fn2 chez eux.

Visited store on Monday 9am, explained parts required. Was advised some needed to come from Honda, and I should receive in 2 days. By Friday, nothing received and no contact from Tegiwa ref delay. Called them and they advised which was causing delay, and I said I could make do without it and to dispatch the rest of the order. They said ok we need to refund you "£50 was it?" I was at work so wasn't sure, so I agreed. The refund should have been £63. Order dispatched. Received a few days later and a seal which I described was not the correct part, despite confirming this on initial order and on call later that week. Called them again to query refund and incorrect part, they agreed to send replacement part FOC. This wasn't dispatched same day so I called again following day and was told, warehouse was "busy" with a delivery. I advised from the start that it was VOR, but everyone just seemed so relaxed and unconcerned throughout the whole process. One of the call handlers advised that when refund was processed, no comments were recorded on their system so he could not see what had happened and had to look deper into it. Ability to identify required parts was poor, despite their website stating that this seal should always be replaced along with the rest of the job. First and last time I will use Tegiwa

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tegiwa via their Ebay Shop. I purchased a Ramair Airbox Replacement Kit for a Triumph Bonneville SE. We exchanged several messages regarding fitting and advice and an extra part was required which they supplied direct from Ramair in USA within 2 Days. Fantastic Service from Chris, I'll be back !! :-)

My order arrived really quickly, only issue was a part was missing, after contacting Tegiwa via Facebook they resolved the issue quickly and had the missing part express posted to me in Australia.

Tegiwa’s customer service is brilliant. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Long story short I brought a product but wasn’t up to standard this wasn’t tegiwa’s fault at all! But with how caring and genuine there team is they made it there issue and prioritised everything I said. They offered me a replacement from a new batch, parts to make it fit better. My issue is now rectified and I couldn’t be any more happier.

Ive ordered parts from them that I needed for my engine build and was told there was a back orders of 2-3 weeks its been almost a month and no change on the order. I understand that they might not always keep everything in stock but I find it annoying they give me a deadline they couldn't stick to. this isn't the first time ive had this issue with Tegiwa Imports, I had a similar experience about a year ago so I assumed they had fixed this by now.
