Great service as always
Had a faulty sensor delivered (not at all the fault of Tegiwa) and even though it had been almost a year (the part had been sat in a drawer waiting to be fitted) Tegiwa were amazing in getting me another delivered in no time at all. I've bought many parts for my build from them and will certainly be using them again in the future. Exemplary service from a great company.

Extensive delay in parts
My order number is 100287211 order placed on the 2nd September then more parts added a week later, payment taken no parts added to order, still waiting for complete order to arrive 18th Oct.
4 weeks waiting period, further parts ordered from listers Solihull honda special order arrived in 4 days from Belgium 🇧🇪
Lesson learnt, wasn't even given the option of having a refund when they realised parts weren't ordered, instead order was just placed again.

We quote 10-15 working days for certain out of stock OEM Honda products - if they need to be ordered from outside the UK such as this,
However, this is an ETA and can sometimes be sooner or, sadly - longer than expected.
Tegiwa customers are always welcome to cancel for a full refund at any time as per our Terms and Conditions.

Really good company
Really good company, always buying products for my Honda from them. Recently purchased a tegiwa branded catback exhuast system, that sounds amazing. Will be a returning customer for the future.
