Really really good customer service
Really really good customer service. I’ve used Tegiwa for numerous items throughout the years and all orders arrived safely and pretty well packed. The one time I had an issue it was resolved with a quick phone call where the next day delivery cost I paid was refunded and the item was sent and arrived the next day. Left me a happy customer that an issue was resolved quickly and with care.

Awful service
Awful service. Missed half my order off. Packer left most of the order on the packing bench. No idea how you miss off a massive box of springs. Took a day off work unpaid to get delivery, wanted me to take another unpaid day off to receive the rest of my order. Offered to refund only postage. (it was free postage so basically offered nothing to say sorry for their mistake) Awful customer service. Will never use again.

Regarding your comment, 'No idea how you miss off a massive box of springs' - I agree with you there, do humbly apologise for the trouble there. It is something that will be looked into properly.
With orders placed online you are welcome to bill and ship to two different addresses if need be. Saving you any time you need to take off, tracking
Then regarding the offer to make it up, I believe my colleague may not have worded it well. Shipping on orders over £100 are covered by ourselves, its not free, you guys just don't pay for it. The colleague should have explained this sorry, so you would be welcome to a slice of the order back and well as next day postage covered by ourselves for the trouble.
Either way if there are any further comments please feel free to get in touch.
