Every Time!

Not just once here or there, but EVERY time I run into an issue and need some help, their customer service just outshines most businesses. They're fast, courteous and if they don't have the answer I need, they research how to resolve my issue. That and their product has all the tools I might ever need.

It's good, could be better

Telerik controls offer great possibilities and modifications opportunities, support is fast, nice and very accurate.

Why could be better? To be RAD (Rapid Application Development) the controls should offer more out of the box without need to make many modifications, also the documentation could be similar to Microsoft comprehensive documentation. although the support is fast - less than 24hrs it's still up to 24hrs time which can stops your activity, moves you to other duties and makes you wait. I prefer to resolve problems and learn on the basis of available documentation without need of taking additional actions.

Telerik low code tools are outstanding!!! The UI controls are aesthetically pleasing and add a professional quality to any application. Tech support is top notch! Very responsive support team with code samples to keep your teams moving. Highly recommended!

The 24 hour support leaves a lot to be…

The 24 hour support leaves a lot to be desired. It seems the tickets/questions aren't read all that closely. We get responses that don't even apply to the ticket or we get half baked responses that don't help much. Then we have to start the 24 hour clock all over again and wait for the next half baked response.

I opened 2 support tickets in the last couple of months, for Kendo Angular UI controls. Every time the response from the Telerik team was prompt and thorough, with clear explanations and code samples.
Overall, excellent support from the team, keep up the good work!

Support from telerik is more than…

Support from telerik is more than great.

It is a difficult time. We should go away from webforms, but there is a lot in production.
But even this "considered legacy" technology is still supported by telerik.

This is the best supported software I own.

This is the best supported software I own. I honestly attempt to study the docs and find my own solution, but if I am stuck I will post. Todor helps me out with Telerik Reporting. Not only does he solve my issue but he also points to to related helpful articles. Telerik for life.

Great products, brilliant customer service.

Great product. We have been using Telerik Kendo UI for a few years now and it quickly become our defacto UI framework. It saves us a considerable amount of time and the widgets are so flexible that we always feel in control of our developments. The customer service is also very good, not only they provides fast response they also tend to give examples that you can run in your browser via their Dojo feature. We definitely do recommend Telerik Kendo UI for client side productivity.

Excelent Ticket support.

I give Telerik 5 starts for one thing: Ticket support.
Where a Telerix engineer go ahead and solve my problem, even if it is my mistake, or give a solution in Javascript behind the use of Telerix control, it what make Telerix worth the 5 starts rate/

While there may be some other 3rd Party…

While there may be some other 3rd Party Controls for WPF out there, you get some great Value for the Buck. Great, reliable and fast Support is also included. I can only recommend their WPF Suite. (Well there are some longer known Bugs in, but theres only a little Chance to catch them at all)
