It was clean and tidy all around. Reasonable relation between spaces, proper music, sort of drinks and other stuffs available. But some Guides could be available for the first-timers.

Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. They are very slow with everything…
They are very slow with everything pretty much. Even if you have a problem dealing with it is even slower. Lots of young staff and seems only one manager who also behaves slowly.

Great Birthday Party Team, Disappointing Management
I recently hosted a birthday party at Tenpin Acton, and my experience was mixed.
On the positive side, the birthday party team (two girls) was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, well-organized, and did a great job ensuring the children had a fun and enjoyable time. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the party run smoothly, and I appreciate their hard work.
However, my experience with the supervisor was disappointing. The supervisor appeared unprofessional in their approach and lacked basic customer service skills. Communication was poor, concerns were not handled appropriately, and the overall interaction left a negative impression. As a customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially when dealing with event-related matters.
While the birthday party staff deserve recognition for their excellent service, I believe Tenpin Acton should focus on improving the professionalism and customer service standards of its supervisory team to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers.
Overall, the party itself was enjoyable thanks to the dedicated birthday team, but the poor customer service from the supervisor prevented this from being a fully positive experience.

Great Family Day Out
We had a Really Great Family Evening Out at Tenpin. The staff were absolutely helpful, attentive and kind. Thank you to the team on Friday 29/05. We booked online and the team was accommodating to us as we were quite early. We had some ball trouble on the lane next to us they came and sorted it out within like 2 mins. The atmosphere was very good as well. I would recommend to everyone to have great fun together and the prices were quite affordable.

It was extremely hot in the venue. Zero air conditioning on a hot day/evening. The new layout was ok but really let down by the atmosphere. According to reviews online others say the same

Acton- Only 3 stars as everything was good apart from the fact it was very hot inside as there didn't seem to be any Air Conditioning.

Nice new layout but..
The inside has had a revamp which is nice, all the booths are new and everything looked clean and fresh from the tables to the divider screens. The table service is a great feature so you can order drinks or food without having to leave your lane. We went on a very hot day in half term so of course it was busy, but we were quite surprised that there was ZERO air conditioning in there so be warned as you will get very hot while bowling! Same goes for the arcade, plenty of choice of games but after an hour we had to leave just to cool down.

Great experience
Great experience! Staff was lovely, everything reasonably priced and has great offers.
One small gripe, the bowling alley and bowling balls are very old. Also there are strings on the pins.
