The kids food is terrible
The bowling lane are fine, but the food for the kids parties is appalling. The pizza might as well be a biscuit. Very cheap and nasty.

We had such a lovely time here as a family. Lindsey, the manager — she went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and that the kids were happy and settled.
It honestly felt like she went the extra mile for us and it didn’t go unnoticed.

Unhappy with the ending
The game of bowling in itself was good, the reception / checking in staff were pleasant enough, however my experience was ruined by the fact the game had just ended, an within 2 minutes of the game ending we were taking a group picture another group was sent straight to our lane. Other lanes were free and it felt like we were being forced out. We had snack and full drinks that we weren’t able to finish and just put a bit of a dampener on the whole experience. I understand other people have booked but you could allow 10 mins for the group to clear and make use of other available lanes.

Bowling-amazing toilets-disgraceful
Bowling was amazing but bathrooms were extremely dirty covered in loo roll, the foot was warm and wasn’t fresh, more food could be put on the plates as it didn’t fill up our guests. Arcade was amazing

Arrived and checked in fine for our…
Arrived and checked in fine for our booked bowling session. However when we arrived at our lane it had not been tidied up from the previous session. Food and glasses were still present. I went back to the desk to ask if it could be cleaned and was told someone would be sent over. No one came at all. I moved the items to the lane next to ours. No one came to clean the space for the entirety of our booking. My family and I had a lovely time and appreciate it was a busy Friday evening however it was a blemish on our experience.

Was a great evening out with family. Not very busy, just the way I like it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks bought to lane by using QR code which is handy.

I took my niece around 16:30 and it was very busy.
It was very busy as it was during the school Easter holidays we have went in the afternoon. I took my niece and we liked it and we both said it was fun we would go again.

Had a mishap with the booking and booked for the wrong week, staff were great and managed to cancel my booking and move it to the day I thought I was booking for.
