Not Enjoyable
I went with my family for two games, unfortunately the family next to us spoiled the experience by not adhering to the rules. The adult just drank as many beers as he could in the game time. They threw two balls down the alley at once, one ball entered our lane. Staff did not help, clearly understaffed and for £50 plus drinks it was extortionate.

Lovely place to have fun with family
It was a first time there with my family, and definitely not the last.
My 3 year old enjoyed bowling and the games too.
Nice and tidy place, just a bit too loud.

Awful at the weekend
Awful at the weekend, good during the week.
Attended on a Saturday night and it was mayhem. We booked a deal with food pre-ordered. We didn’t receive any food. We had to ask after we had finished both games and they had no idea. They then said it’ll be out in 10 mins. It wasn’t. We went back to reception who said they’d put the ticket through now. We had been there over an hour and finished our bowling by this point. We had ordered drink via the app and hadn’t got them. We were ushered off our lane and told to “hang around” waiting for food. Ridiculous.
We booked another game whilst we waited. Moved to a different lane. The young people on the lane next to us were so drunk that they were falling over, spent more time on the floor, they launched themselves down the aisle, they were vaping whilst playing. We had a toddler with us. I spoke to the staff who did absolutely nothing.
We had visited the day before, Friday during the day, it was a stark difference. It was quiet and we got our food as planned.
The weekend experience has put us off from ever coming again.

£59 Deal (2 games and food)
Went here with my two boys. Did the 2 games and food deal for £59. It’s possibly a bit pricey for the food you get (and no drinks included) but they had the best time and it kept them busy for a few hours. Can’t ask for more than that!

Lane 1. Malfunctioning. Pins were picked up and dropped many many times over 2 games. The scores were not being registered properly.
First time been on that lane. And it was pretty much ruined our bowling.

disappointing
Well to start , the only available pool table just kept taking cash and not giving games meaning I had to keep stopping staff to help. Nearly all the bowling offers were online only and the instore price was really high . This meant you had to make an account to book online and give every detail of your life away to play a game of bowling . Next the form online uses a stupid birthday calender that you literally have to scroll threw every month to input . This means if ur like me and in ur 30s your scrolling for 5+ mins just to get to 1980s .
So I found a deal that included food and bowling which offered a chicken burger for adults and kids burger for the kids . Both burgers where the same size (small) contained no lettuce or salad of any kind and basically was a mulitpack cheap burger that had just been chucked in fryer . And finally they also had a special offer on for £1 ice cream which my kids loved the sound of , unfortunately for them it was the pre sealed mini tubs with no sauce sprinkles flakes or anything just a very cheap nasty tub again that you but in a massive multipack bag , defo not worth a £1 . Overall the bowling was as to be expected it was the things stated above that ruined the experience , might I ad it isn't cheap anymore this cost me over £60 for 1 game . Will not be returning

Bowling was great
Bowling was great. Ordered food too as.it was a christmas celebratory get together and was told food was being served. Waited another 30 mins and no food had arrived. Spoke to the staff who told us the food had already been sent out? We never received any food and had to convince them to serve the food as no children had eaten

Excellent customer service
Rang in advance re booking options for groups and customer services were excellent. Booked for a youth group. Christmas deal of 2 games and food was excellent value. Staff at the venue were extremely helpful throughout. The only weakness was the extra food we ordered for the adults, which wasn't very appetising. Otherwise a great experience for a group booking.

Fun few hours , great staff .
Really nice venue , clean and tidy , the one member of staff was great , checked us in quickly, got our drinks at the bar and delivered our food bang on time between games . I should have got his name for this review , young lad , red hair , great customer service. Food was better than a lot of fast food. We had an early afternoon booking and the venue was not too busy but enough to have a good vibe.Three generations in our party and we all had a lot of fun.We took advantage of a special offer and it was good value for money
