Venue was amazing. Staff were rude
Venue was amazing. Kids loved the arcade space and bowling. Really lovely to have something so nice in Blackpool.
Staff, you can tell are learning. Unsure where things are and running around trying to figure things out, but they do try when asked. Soft play staff however are extremely rude and snotty so much so our kids wouldn’t go in and play in that area.

Astronomical prices
The place itself is perfectly nice as it's new and the staff were perfectly nice, but the cost of one game of bowling which took all of 10-15 minutes was absolutely outrageous. I will not be paying those prices again regardless of how nice the venue is.
I wasn't even going to leave a review but I have been hounded via emails since my visit and I think it's extremely cheeky given that this review took me more time to write than the game of bowling I paid £30 for.

Had a nice time but staff caused an issue
Was fun, the downside was when I ordered a drink to the bowling lane. Waited over 20 minutes for my drink and then when it did arrive I was ID’d (Which is perfectly fine, I Understand it has to be done, so it’s not a problem) The problem arose when the young man who was asking for my ID, pointed at me in quite an abrupt way and said ID. Thought it was quite rude. No please or Thankyou, No manners. So it was rather strange. I’d come back just that whole situation was odd

We have been twice in last month and can it fault this place. The staff are amazing especially Leah who went above and beyond to help us in every way she could to make our experience great. Great value for money both bowling food and even drinks.

Easy to book, food not so good
Easy to book. Arrived, plenty of staff standing around chatting but only one on the check on desk. Checked in, easy to enter details on screen. Ordered food and drinks, easy. Waited a while for food, husband had to change his order twice as they'd run out, he ended up cancelling his and being refunded. He dodged a bullet there to be fair!
Food eventually came, it was okay, until the next day. Myself and our two sons were quite poorly. We'd all had the fries/curly fries, that all we could put it down to. Upset stomach, runs, sickness, fatigue, very poorly for two days.
I contacted via email, phone and Facebook, it's 4 days and not one person has gotten back to me, not one, disgusting!
Woud I go again? Yes for the bowling, definitely not for the food at all. Tenpin, sort out your customer service, I will await your call.

Brand new bowling alley
Brand new bowling alley, great staff, nice clean venue. Excellently set out and plenty to do. Cannot fault this place and cannot wait to make many memories there

Staff was great.
It was easy to set up the games of bowling very organised got straight on the lanes with no assistance had a great time ordered drinks and ice cream straight to the lane too it was very quick. If I had any criticism id lower the prices of the tocket prizes we spent £60 getting tickets couldn't get much worthy of that

First Visit
We really enjoyed the bowling and had a great experience. Not quite 5 stars overall though as after being served our food we were waiting a long time for our drinks (ordered at the same time as the food using the QR code on the table). Just a small thing really, but better to have been brought the drinks first or co-ordinated so they could have been brought out together. Would still return for the bowling though.
