Let down by security staff
Unfortunately the security staff let the side down. A language and cultural barriers cause a lot of upset and stress. It is very dark inside whilst bowling, making it very disorienting for members of my party. Otherwise we enjoyed our bowling experience. A wider range of drinks that contain sugar is desired.

The things that makes Tenpin in Cardiff are the staff - it was peak time on a Bank Holiday and without question they honoured a voucher that wouldn't usually be valid, but they had given it to us to make up for a previous food order mix up and told us that it would be valid, but the booking system disagreed. The staff just overrode the system and honoured the voucher. No-one minds if companies make mix ups and then do something to make amends. 3 very happy kids got to do bowling and lazer tag at the only time the busy working parents could get them there. We've just booked a birthday party with you as a result of the ongoing great service! Thank-you!

Bowling was great however since being done out it was absolutely boiling in doors. Very uncomfortable warm had to leave due to a headache and feeling sick because it was so warm! Really could do with air con. With so much going on in the building now and the increased popularity

Extremely Rammed, The table food/ drink table by the bowling was full of mushy cold food and half drunk flat pints. Smashed glass on the floor and for a shocking price.

Lane was ready which was great.
Lane was ready which was great.
Glasses and food everywhere, I had too clean it all before bowling.
Ordered drinks they didn't arrive.
Not enough small bowling balls for the amount of children that bowl.
Toilets were disgusting no toilet paper.
Left bowling to go to softplay, prebooked but she said he had to wait as it was busy in there.
Booth tables were dirty, wet and sticky.
Had dirty marks all over my jeans from under the table.
No management around to complain too.

Incident at Cardiff Nantgarw
I visited the Nantgarw site on the 20th August with my son and daughter with a friend of ours and her little boy. Whilst in the arcade a waiter called Jacob dropped a tray that was holding a full pint glass of coke and ice on my little boys head (who is 5) and the glass smashed all over the floor. The manager went through the accident form process with me and took the necessary information that was needed and made sure that my son wasn’t harmed badly. I will mention that my son did have a few scratches on him and a bruise on his forehead and that he was completely soaked from head to toe right through to his underwear.
Having gone through the forms with me regarding the accident I did chat with the manager further once my husband had arrived and my children were with him. I relied that even though accidents happen I was not happy with how the waiter handled the situation, the waiter didn’t apologise and just stood there waiting for another staff member to arrive. His attitude and demeanour about the accident was very disrespectful and had no accountability for the fact that he had just hurt my child who was sobbing in the middle of the arcade.
The manager apologised and said that he would chat to the employee regarding how to properly react in situations like this, he then grabbed the teddy that my son was trying to win at the time of accident as a sorry token. The manager had told me that he would follow up with me in a few days via phone call or an email and that some sort of complementary service would be offered as a gesture of good will.
I have yet to hear anything from the venue and now that I have reflected on the situation I feel that the incident has just been brushed over since my child wasn’t bleeding or severely hurt, however my son was hurt and upset over the incident as was I. I believe that if you say you are going to follow up in a few days to close the incident that it should actually happen and not just be left and brushed off.

Extortionate drinks prices £21.95 for 3 Pepsis and a Slushi
The site has many amenities, so anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that they are going to spend money, especially when there are so many things to do and so many machines. We had a good time. But the whole experience was badly let down by the food, which was poor (A plain beefburger in "Burger van long life buns", not even a slice of tomato or lettuce) and the bar prices which were extortionate. I paid 21.95 for 3 glasses of Pepsi and 1 Slushi, an average of £5.50 per drink

It was my sons 13th birthday and I booked a later tag party in the nantgarw tenpin, the booking process was easy, it was fantastic, they all had a wonderful time, the staff were friendly and helpful, they loved the lazer tag, I would definitely recommend

I paid for my family to bowl and paid…
I paid for my family to bowl and paid for 2 games and that was fine but we ordered drinks from the QR code on lane and they never arrived so we finished the two games and went to the bar to ask and they just said oops and at this point we ordered a coffee but the machine was then turned off so paid for a coffee and got a Pepsi instead.
