We had a great time at Tenpin Castleford. We came for our son's birthday. The staff were very helpful. I booked us online which was simple and straight forward. We like the Castleford one as we can go and do other activities afterwards

I was a bit disappointed
I was a bit disappointed, I was with my two sons and two grandchildren for my birthday, the lanes were untidy and littered with empty glasses , bottles and food wrappers,which were not cleared for rhe whole of our time bowling, ( two games)
Also the light was out at end of the lane, so was difficult to see properly.

Really easy check in for bowling and a smooth process to start games, booking online is quite simple you just check which option you want to do and it explains what each one entails.

Always such a good day, and excellent value for money. We always go when there are offers on, and the kids love it. Good selection of food, drink, and activities other than bowling.

Fantastic Day out
Staff was very polite helpful and found me a lane to have our game of bowling early due to our earlier arrival to what we had booked previously online booking process was quick and easy online also the location is local to us to visit regular the atmosphere is great the venue is clean and has plenty to do & the food drinks are also a fab extra all round good day out.

All round lack lustre
We were stood waiting in a small queue while several members of staff just buzzed around, looking at us, we were then told to move to another queue if we were signing in for bowling, to then be stood waiting again, we finally got on to our lane 30 minutes after our booking time, staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the beer was awful and flat and the glassware was disgusting.

Everything was so fun but the amount of staff there was where me and my friend got cheesy chips with chicken was ridiculous because we had to wait like 20 mins. Also should add or fix the puching bag in the arcade

I was slightly dissapointed that I…
I was slightly dissapointed that I booked a bowl and eat for my daughters 11th birthday and it included 2 games from 10am. At 10:15 we were handed a tray of sorry looking chicken nuggets and chips. The kids had not even finished putting their names on the screen to play the game and they were expected to stop and eat dry chicken nuggets at 10:15 in the morning? This makes no sense and it wasn't even busy, so surely it could have waited for a bit later. I think it was over priced for what they got too, I wouldn't book it again or recommend it to friends.

Best Bowling for deals
My son and I love this bowling alley the deals are great and the staff are helpful , the aisles and area you are assigned is always well maintained and I always recommend Tenpin to friends and family
