New facilities, play areas are great! Toilets are 100% better than they were previously! The only thing I would say would be to offer alternative milk for tea/coffee! Not sure I could sink a cockt... Ver mais

We visited the soft play area which was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed by all 3 little ones..Prices very reasonable.Area spotlessly clean and staff were excellent,friendly and helpful..The seating area with food facility was a lovely touch and if I have one criticism it is that the food had been hanging around in kitchen and was barely warm which was fine for the little children,but not so good for the big ones! Already planning a return visit

Great little bowling alley
We really enjoyed bowling at Ten pin but we booked two lanes as a family for our son’s birthday and there was a glass screen between the two lanes meaning we couldn’t interact very well with each other I would of thought if you booked two lanes together they would be two without a glass screen divider.

Lanes were clean
Lanes were clean, but missing the old ball options - I used to play with a 12-14 medium but they don’t exist now. Pool tables were cash only (as the card machines were down). Ordered table service twice. One time they delivered after 40 minutes and a chase, the other time they put the order ticket as completed despite not ordering the drink.
3 stars are purely for the staff’s apologies and the high hygiene levels at the venue

Fab bowling
First time back at ten pin since the revamp and we thought is was fab . The Tuesday deal is great value and the environment and service was brilliant.

The refurb is fantastic
The refurb is fantastic! We had lane 8 which is more private.
It is harder to find balls as the storage has gone tho and you have to look on the lanes, which isn't easy if it's busy.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Ruined a 9 year olds birthday party. Gave ample opportunity at the time to resolve and gave opportunity two days later by contacting head office. No resolution and to add insult to injury today received a £100 fine for over staying in their car park which was due to their incompetence not delivering the food and drinks for the children that was paid for and after waiting so long we eventually gave up.

Get your drinks & snacks well before your booking
I booked us a family of 6 & pre-booked food & soft drinks which I highly recommend as waiting time at the bar was around 20 mins . Plenty of staff just disorganised & no one knew exactly where to form a queue 😳 On a positive the bowling was good value for money : £20 pp for 2 games , burger & chips & a jug of Pepsi (enough for 6) . Great fun will definitely return soon 👍🏻
