Impromptu visit
Only popped in for my son to use the arcade, in the midst of school trips and renovations the vibe from all the staff was excellent as ever. Easy yo find a table so I could work whilst my son played, table service, and not too cramped despite said renovations. Reasonable on prices but we only had a drink on this visit.

Pins on strings are not for me
Firstly, the place was clean and, as not very busy, the service was quick whilst the lane was set up with a good selection of bowling balls. There's the two stars scored. However, the big gripes - They didn't have any bowling shoes in my size (10, hardly extreme) and the person serving seemed quite put out that I wanted to use bowling shoes. Secondly, £48 for two games for three people (including 2 teenagers) is very steep. And thirdly, the pins are on strings as opposed to free fall. I hate this and it's known that this suppresses pin fall by around 10%. Might be lower maintenance but it's just saving cost at the expense of customer enjoyment. I will not return for this reason alone, let alone the others.

Drinks were great and the bowling itself was easy and fun. Downside was the amount of the photobooth but other than that it was a brilliant time.

Good venue
Good venue. Bowling experience without any issue.
Staff not always on hand to provide service for drinks and food but the orders were accurate and timely once placed.

Really attentive and friendly staff
Really attentive and friendly staff. Kids loved changing their pictures and names on the lane 😂 Area clean and nice atmosphere. Staff were quick to respond to a problem on the lane when a ball got stuck and great to be able to order food and drinks to the lane! Our daughter's friend hurt her finger and staff were really helpful. Would def return. Great experience!

We had a good time . Apart from the horrendous disgusting smell from the ladies toilet. I tried twice to go in but couldn't because of the smell . So I had to wait till i left .

The venue
The venue, staff are excellent. The pizza was not good quality, they've changed the bases to cheaper premade and for £11 each not great, think cheapest supermarket option you can buy. The bowling balls need to be replaced they're all pretty damaged now.
