Lane broke down. Spoke to a member of staff, waited 15 minutes, no response from staff, went back to speak to someone and then moved to another lane.

Staff at Rochdale branch were brilliant. Our karaoke booth has a fault but staff sorted it straight away offering us laser quest. We had also booked bowling and lunch deal for the kids.
Really friendly service from all staff that served us and the lady who sorted the confusion with the booth was so efficient and professional. Thanks!

We were able to get onto our lane fairly quickly and system was fairly easy to use.
Only negative was the level hygiene as there used glasses left at lane and area had not been cleaned after previous booking but appreciate that there were alot of bookings taking place and limited numbers of staff so maybe they did not have enough time to clear up.

Was very busy and they were very under staffed. Food was dry, both lanes we used had an issue at one point or another.
The staff that were in were swamped and struggled with there only being two of them

Easy to play
Easy to play. No waiting. No problems playing. Screen was easy to use and the fact it has had some upgrades was good to see.

bad bad customer service
Went with my 4 year old. The moment I went to the counter the lady had an attitude. I said nothing. After bowling we went to the arcade and in 1 on the games we put money and and nothing happened. The lady came and totally ignored me when I was speaking to her. I left it again. But she only gave £1 so when I asked for the second she was like I ain’t giving it ya.
I asked her what her issue is and why she has an attitude and then she said is it because you didn’t get your £ back. All but 1 were like that. Even the manger came and no apology or nothing or didn’t ask what happened. Why these women in customer facing roles If they don’t like it. Tenpin reputation also gets affected

We had a good couple of hours at tenpin…
We had a good couple of hours at tenpin Sandbrook park, its changed looks a lot better, played bowling then played pool. Atmosphere is good and staff are brilliant. Booked online so checked in at the desk and our lane was ready straight away. Lots of things to do there good for the kids and adults.

Great Bowling party
Had my 8 year old’s birthday party here doing bowling. The value for money was great and the kids loved it. Two games was a bit much as most of the kids got bored by then and started trailing off. The girl put in charge of the party was great while there but kept disappearing so was a bit annoying having to go look. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend it

On arrival we were greeted by manager who took us to the darts area, she was really helpful and her enthusiasm and knowledge of equipment helped get our family darts night off to a great start. We did order cocktails and wete then told they were unavailable which was a bit of a disappointment but still a great evening had by all

Fun afternoon
Brought the grandchildren for bowling, the place was very clean and the staff plesant. Enjoyable afternoon, although there could be more "XL" bowling balls, we could only find one and other bowlers kept asking if they could take it.

Didn't know they had a refurbishment…
Didn't know they had a refurbishment its alot better now dont feel as if I have to keep watching the drinks on the tables as the use to be behind but there right in front were you bowl now, the hole place is set out better and thank god the toilets are brand new and new escape room and darts and alot more to do , I do feel as if you do need to bit some signs up showing were check in is now as its not visible when walking in myself and i saw others having the same problem looking for it and asking people also you cant go and get more bowling balls no more we had 3 balls on our lane none that my child could use i had to go up to others and ask can I take some of there's some said no luckily another family gave me 1 of there's made our game longer also as my child had to keep waiting for that 1 ball this was not just us as i had someone coming up to ours 1 asked can they take it I said no as needed it and another just came and took it and i had to follow him and ask for it back we still had a good time and we did say if we came back we would try the food as it looked great with affordable prices that makes a change i like that i could order at the Lane as i was on my own with my children so that was brilliant

Atomsphere was great
Atomsphere was great! Arcades have been upgraded since our last visit. Downsidw was that there was alot of mess around the bowling including dishes from previous guests.
