Birthday Booking
We would have happily given this 5 stars if it hadn’t been for a bit of a hiccup with the party setup. We booked our son’s birthday party at Laser Quest, and as there were several parties running back-to-back, it was understandably very busy. Unfortunately, the party space allocated to us wasn’t cleared from the previous group in time, and we couldn’t find staff straight away to sort it. In the end, I stepped in and cleared it myself so things could keep moving.
That said, the kids had an amazing time. They absolutely loved the laser tag—the arena is really well set up, and the live scoreboard was a big hit. The food was decent, as you’d expect from party catering, and it was good to see allergies were catered for. The pizzas were on the smaller side though—fine for younger children, but not quite enough for our group of 10-year-olds.
Once we did catch up with staff, they were helpful and attentive, especially with the kids, which we appreciated. Overall, despite the initial issue, it wouldn’t put us off coming back again.

Son’s 10th birthday at…
We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday at Tenpin and had such a fantastic time. It was a brilliant day with family and friends all joining in, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The bowling was great fun, and the kids especially loved the laser quest and arcades—they were entertained the entire time. The food and drinks were good, and it was nice to be able to relax while everything was taken care of in one place.
The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. We ended up staying all afternoon because there was just so much to do.
Overall, it was a perfect birthday celebration, and we’d definitely come back again.

Rochdale ten pin bowling alleys new refresh
The changes that have been made at Rochdale ten pin bowling are really good the check in desk is now so efficient alongside of the drinks area. Your staff are also amazing nothing is to much trouble for them.

Went for my daughters birthday , there’s was about 25 of us , we all enjoyed it, staff were very friendly and very helpful , manger was great and went beyond and over to accommodate us

We waited nearly half an hour for the food and drinks. By the time everything arrived, the ice had melted into the drinks so they weren't drinkable and the food was cold.
The two games we had we all enjoyed but it was a let down for the food and drinks

Disapointing.
Despite pre booking we were allocated to a broken lane due to a school trip attending on the wrong day. The manager should have been transparent and we would have waited or come back.Following every bowl it got stuck, we had to wait up to 10 minutes for it to be addressed, we spent significantly more tome waiting than bowling, eventually we gave up. We were then made to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to issue a refund as she was in a meeting and no one else could do it. We found her people skills lacking and her excuses disengenuous. Terrible customer service which could have been avoided by honest communication.Annoyingly the manager hadnt advised us of the booking error until after we complained, however had informed the family on the broken lane next to us. Not acceptable.

My only thing was … it wasn’t clear where the dedk was to book in
In Rochdale it’s been moved around but I did eventually find the dedk
I also had to ask for more bar staff to serve people
There was 2/3 people on the check in desk but there was no one that wanted serving
But the bar had serval people waiting
