Our grandsons enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and beating there grandparents. Liked how easy it was to get food and drinks to enjoy during our bowling. Free parking is an added bonus

Very disappointed, never again.
Came with my son for my birthday, bumpers were faulty, kept coming down mid games, staff weren't very great at communicating, started to feel like asking for it to be fixed was a problem. Gave up in the end.

Booked a time slot for 3.30pm for me…
Booked a time slot for 3.30pm for me and my son, arrived 15 minutes earlier to get a drink etc, was told at the reception to order drinks from the QR code or the iPad at the alley. Due to the rubbish signal the website wouldn’t load and the screen to “order food & drink” went blank, I went up to the bar and asked if I could order 2 soft drinks. Young rude girl behind the bar “no from the alley only” tried to explain what had happened and she just shouted next… it was quite warm inside both me & my son were thirsty and no way of getting a drink not even water! We booked 2 games and left before the 1st had ended as we were thirsty. Will not return, rude staff

Place was fine,quite busy to be expected. Felt a bit rushed and had problems with putting the rails up for some reason. Drinks were very expensive,so we passed on food. Parking was fine. Not bad,for the price,but not great either. Coukd be an awful lot better.

Wifi not working so impossible to order food/drink to the lane. Other customers openly vapining throughout and very cramped with screens between lanes

We had a really good time with the grandchildren. There were a lot of young children there at that time of day and there aren’t enough of the apparatus cages to go around. The woman in the next lane had a lot of children with her of various ages and insisted that our grandchildren of 6 and 7 should give up theirs!

Kids had loads of fun and it was really good value for money, staff we're all friendly and helpful too. Felt a little understaffed though, between the bowling, the lazer tag, the bar/restaurant and the arcade area there was so much going on but there only seemed to be around 5-6 staff to cover everything. They were all happy, helpful and smiling with everyone they interacted with and my hat goes off to them. The location seems in need of a refurb as a few of the lanes had "drip catcher" bags attached to the ceiling connected to pipes and buckets that were at the end of the alleys. These few negatives would not put me off booking again though!
