It was easy to arrange, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the karaoke was really enjoyable. A small tip though, the itinerary could have been explained a little better and Gemma didn't receive... Ver mais

Karaoke was amazing all good absolutely fantastic. Drinks good and service fine and staff very helpful although was busy so an extra staff member on desk/ bar area would have been welcomed

Disgraceful attitude to disabled
Having booked for a family night out, I decided I would contact Tenpin Walsall to enquire about Disabled facilities, I'm an above knee Amputee and rely on a wheelchair, I was told yes we have disabled toilets and entrance, brilliant I said. We arrived and I sat watching the grandkids bowling, I needed the toilet so my son took me to the disabled toilets, there was a sign ' out of order', there's only one disabled toilets which is totally inadequate for the size of the establishment, I asked a member of staff how long have they been out of order, 'Two weeks' she said! The place was heaving with people so cost isn't a problem I said, she said talk to the manager it's nothing to do with me. This is a disgrace, no notice on the entrance to advise disabled persons of the out of order toilets, I had to leave early because of this.

The staff and manager said no to change…
The staff and manager said no to change our food order. We would have been willing to pay any extra but was not given the choice. We felt very disappointed as the manager was clearly not concerned about customer satisfaction. This issue could have been easily sorted. We did not eat the food that we had to have.

Difficult trying to set up an account on line. Called the help number and the person on the phone was very helpful and booked the session for me. Staff at venue helpful and friendly.

The facilities were good on the whole…
The facilities were good on the whole but it was very busy due to summer holidays and although there were a number of staff to accommodate this time of year, only two were actually working the booking till.. i say till as the other wasn't on! We experienced two members of staff have a very loud argument with many words exchanged and resulting in a member of staff leaving during their shift. This further affected the timely response of other staff as they had to pull the weight of the staff member who left.
