It was easy to arrange, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the karaoke was really enjoyable. A small tip though, the itinerary could have been explained a little better and Gemma didn't receive... Ver mais

Karaoke was amazing all good absolutely fantastic. Drinks good and service fine and staff very helpful although was busy so an extra staff member on desk/ bar area would have been welcomed

We booked as a family for bowling and…
We booked as a family for bowling and food for night out. When arrived was told did not have any of the food we had ordered. We were shocked and asked why but was just told we should have been emailed and told which we wasn't. I then explained to receptionist that I didn't think this was good and had paid for service I did not receive. He seem to find this very funny and was grinning and almost laughing which my partner found very unprofessional and was very disappointed. I then asked to speak to a manager and again with a smirk on his face said im the team leader so im in charge. Yes we had wer offered a alternative option but really not what we wanted and spoilt the whole experience. I said to him I come regular but dont think I will be returning again he just said ok. He just seem to take all this has a joke.

It was a really good experience with the family I do recommend I feel like in my personal opinion they need more staff as we ordered from bowl ally for drinks but after waiting a long time we went to the bar to fetch them ourself cutting our bowling time down to missing turns

My daughter had a great birthday here with her friends. The pizza however wasn't great. And also they did a guess the age of staff members that actually ruined the games.

Staff is rude and unprofessional
Staff is rude and unprofessional. And very disrespectful and discriminatory. One of the staff member literally swears in front of the manager and i tried to told her she goes no nothing happened like that
