Smooth and simple booking and confirmation on arrival. It was quiet whilst we were there so it was disappointing they put another group right next to us with all the available lanes.

The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Nice and clean. Only thing is a bit of a wait at the bar and if u playing bowling then everyone has to wait till u get back.

Refused entry without adult
Booked for my son in advance. Door security told him and a friend they couldn’t enter without an adult.
No such thing mentioned on booking and he has been before without one. Afternoon ruined.

Was told I had to pay walk in price to add people to my lane that I booked online?? Was told you don’t do student discount when it says on your website you do and management was rude. Not a great experience tbh.

Sign up is at the bar so if someone went to sign in someone could take their game whilst they are still waiting as you only have to press the tick to start a game I was sick as soon as I got home had a pepsi and it made my sick black.

I usually enjoy bowling here
I usually enjoy bowling here, but my recent visit was ruined by the staff's attitude. The employees at the Tenpin were incredibly rude and unhelpful , It’s a shame because the facilities are good, but the poor service makes me hesitant to return. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service.

Had a great time
Had a great time, was a good atmosphere.
Was very busy but ordered drinks through the QR code at the lane and they arrived soon after with a friendly smile.
Staff where all helpful and polite even though it was very busy. We had lovely afternoon.
