Found it too stimulating for my kids
Found it too stimulating for my kids - had to walk through loads of arcade games with flashing lights and noises before arriving at lanes and this was very distracting for them. Probably more suited to older kids. I would however be interested if you do a more calm session for younger kids at non peak hours etc if this is a possibility.
The toilets were exceptionally clean and fresh.

Good experience
Easy to book on-line. Newly revamped interior provided a clean and fresh appearance. Only downside was the music was intrusively loud.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. It was very clear that the staff were understaffed, which resulted in a lot of running around and long waiting times. However, I want to stress that this was through no fault of the staff themselves — you could clearly see they were trying their best and doing everything they could under the circumstances.
The biggest disappointment was the food. The burger and chips were extremely poor quality; the burger appeared to be microwaved, the bun was stale and the chips were soggy. For the price, I expected a much better standard of food.
I do feel the staff deserve recognition for how hard they were working despite being under pressure, but overall the experience could have been much better, particularly when it came to the food and waiting times.

Our time was pure carnage
Our time was pure carnage. I understand you have a noisy building. Bowling and games being played with loud music.
You had a family come in and were playing on the King Kong game screaming at the top of their lungs. Did your staff do anything whilst their screaming carried on? No they didn’t! Others couldn’t continue their pool game. Others stopped playing their own games of bowling. This situation could have been handled by your staff and the experience would have been brighter. They did sod all!!!

Family fun
We were very happy with bowling, good competitive family fun. Staff were friendly and the food is good too. Will definitely come back.

I was a bit disappointed
I was a bit disappointed, I was with my two sons and two grandchildren for my birthday, the lanes were untidy and littered with empty glasses , bottles and food wrappers,which were not cleared for rhe whole of our time bowling, ( two games)
Also the light was out at end of the lane, so was difficult to see properly.

A very enjoyable time
My husband, grandson and myself had a very enjoyable 2 games of tenpin bowling. The online booking process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we had a ball blockage it was cleared within minutes of us reporting it. Fun time had by all.

We got to the venue earlier than my booking so went to book in whilst my grandchildren played on the arcade games to my surprise the lane was free so got to play straight away .
Great atmosphere, every where was clean & plenty of bowls to choose from.

Accessibility is an issue
Accessibility is an issue! Listed as wheelchair accessible on the website. We have a pram and wheelchair accessible means accessible for disabilities - I.e lift and ramp access. We arrive and there’s a lift for wheelchairs to get down the stairs it’s not a typical lift but one the folds down for the wheelchair to go onto then runs down the stairs. Why is this not allowed to be used for prams? We rang the call button for assistance with the lift and had no response. A team member came upstairs about ten minutes later clearly just going on his break. Asked if “we were the ones calling for lift assistance” so clearly they were aware someone was up there waiting and chose to ignore. Then informed us they wouldn’t be helping us with the lift because it’s just for wheelchairs. Why say the building is accessible if you’re picking and choosing who it is accessible to?

Poor
Made a booking for laser tag that the staff were unprepared for and had to find someone to run it. Grumpy teenage boy ended up running it as was visibly getting annoyed with excited 8 year old boys.
