Tep Wireless Opiniões 

First time I've heard about Tep Wireless was last year before planning 2weeks holiday in USA (west cost).
I took my chance and I rented - it was the best decision I took. Really! Price was super good (for ~2wk with 4G I payed +- 150CHF). I had connection almost every place I went (except some parts of the Grand Canyon). And to return, its again super easy and friendly - I send it from the airport.
After this first experience, I rent Tep Wireless when I'be been to Egipt, India, Morroco, Dubai and now again in USA (east-south coast). I mean, I never had any issue. When you get the device, the package, you have everything you need.
This time, for example, I missed to deliver the device in the airport or any other post office from USA. I arrived home, I wrote to TEP Wireless and I asked an address where to send the device.
The TEAM is very helpful, very prompt in their reply and they are customer oriented.
I'm not pampering or being exaggerating kind with this review, but its exactly the reality I experienced with TEP team.
Ah, and in my case, at one single device I've connected my phone and my husband's phone.
Me, for sure, I will come back to rent TEP Wireless.

I love my TEP Wireless device. I ordered the device and immediately received it within 2 business days in Canada. I used the device during my US trips to Miami and NYC and both times, the device was a life saver. I used it to research places, restaurants, and hail Uber. It is such a great travel companion and I can't go on future trips without my Tep device. Definitely recommend this device.

I've used TEP in Italy and Austria and it was so great knowing I was always connected to the internet. I was able to access maps with no problems, was able to post to social media, and even share photos with friends and family back home! It's the perfect little companion for traveling because you can connect multiple devices to use the Wifi all at once. Anytime my friends or family mention they are traveling, I always suggest that they check out TEP for their portable Wifi needs!

I've used Tep's services twice now. Both times, I wanted to have WIFI access immediately upon arrival, as I was meeting other folks and wanted piece of mind.

The first time, the services & product were fantastic and connectivity was 100%. That was Sept 2018, in China.

The second time, the services were fantastic. The product, on the other hand, didn't fare so well. We were travelling to Malaysia and China, and in both regions, had a lot of difficulty in connectivity. I was able to reach out to Tep in Malaysia, and Tep engineers were very responsive to my challenges. However, connectivity was also an issue in China. In both locations, I resorted to purchasing local sim cards and therefore had no use for the Tep product.

Upon my return, I reached out to Tep, who very fairly agreed to refund me for the used portions of the service.

I would recommend the service to others, as the risk of not having connectivity in some instances is worth mitigating against. I am also reassured that in the case of any connectivity issues, one could seek out local sim-based alternatives and know that Tep is good about customer service and refunds.

I'm a consistent user of TEP Wireless and I recommend its service without reservation to colleagues and friends. I'm an international journalist, so a lot of my effectiveness depends on my being able to stay connected, country after country. With TEP, I'm online from the time I land to when I take off on the next flight. From Singapore to Sharjah, from Taipei to Athens, from Madrid to Abu Dhabi, from London to Jerusalem, the system works and gives me fast, reliable service. I've bought my units (both a 3G and a 4G model), and I pay only for a day of usage, no subscription fees. But if you're not traveling as much as I am, the rental plan works really well -- they'll send your correct unit to your hotel, it's waiting when you arrive. In London, you can even do a pickup and/or drop-off from Paddington or Heathrow, or just return in the paid envelopes they provide. All and all, this is the most economical and efficient service I've found. At a conference when no one else can get a connection, rolling across a countryside on a train, bouncing around in a taxi, or shuttle to your next meeting, even getting work done while on a ferry: this system works almost every time, it's really rare to find a case in which it can't connect to a local service and get you up and running. TEP's support people are great, too, and they're there 24 hours when you need them.

I love TEP Wireless. Being a travel blogger, I travel a lot around the world so it is definitely the first of my essential devices. It’s always with me and it couldn’t be otherwise.

I have used tep for a few years now and wouldn't use anything else - I recommend it to everyone I know. Even on trips where I have been away for weeks at a time, it has been great and when I may have had an issue, tep's customer service has been amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent device and provided accessibility in city and countryside as well.
Liked the daily check-in; to make sure there is no overcharge just for the time when the device was in use. I would use this device again.

I recently had a bad experience in Iceland. I've used Tep before and it was great, so it was very disappointing when it wouldn't work in Iceland. I reached out to customer service and their response was very quick, apologetic and accommodating. They gave me a promo code for my next free rental. I just booked a trip to Spain as well as a Tep device. Tep Wireless has been great. They really care about the quality of their service and that their customers are satisfied. I will use them in the future.

Most reliable portable wifi device ever had. Strong connection. Perfect to share your travel experience with friends and family, connecting up to 5 devices at times. Strongly recommend it.

Highly reliable internet. Used in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar and had near perfect connection the entire time.

Would recommend to anyone!

I have used the Tep wireless device now in 7 different countries and have had fabulous experience! First I used in Albania where no other European SIM cards (tried 3 different cellular data) was working for me even on roaming. Teppy was my savior as I was traveling for the first time in that country. The connectivity was amazing and speed was super fast. Later I have used Teppy in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Finland, India and every time the service was amazing. Each time I have used it, only 2 devices were used at maximum and browsing was great! We even used to stream Spotify on our roadtrip! Overall, a great experience and looking forward to use it during my future travels.

I've used my TEP in Mexico, and the USA. It has been an absolute lifesaver. I have even managed to teach English online using it when my wifi went down in Mexico. Taught for 2 hours no problem at all. It is a great travel companion.

I’ve tried numerous portable WiFi’s when traveling and none compare to how happy I am whenever I travel around with TEP. Not only is it light to carry, easy to charge most importany WiFi is very quick! My IG stories never lag. 👍🏻 Would definitely recommend them. 😀

I have to say I am very pleased with this pocket wireless. It begins with the super easy online ordering and delivery to my doorstep. Once I used it in-country (in my case Ireland and England), it provided solid service in both urban and rural environs (with the only difficulty experienced in the immediate vicinity of airport space). And they couldn't make the send-back any easier, providing pre-paid postage envelope for you to simply drop the device in and drop off for package send-off. I was very impressed with the customer service and the device performance, and having my internet access without having to change my phone setting made traveling super easy. Will definitely be using their product again!

Traveling will never be the same! I always have a hard time negotiating for an international data plan before a trip and always end up paying way more than what i should be. Tep was easy, cheaper and the people involved were very helpful. My partner and I are always working abroad. While train rides or waiting for a bus, we like to catch up on our work and Tep was always to the rescue. Thanks again, you made traveling so smooth!

TEP wireless is such a great idea especially if you are traveling to several places and don't want to deal with getting a SIM in every location. It's nice that you can share between phones as well. I had a problem with connecting at one point, but I emailed customer service and they were really responsive. Definitely check them out!

Have been using my TEP since November 2018 and so far I've been really impressed! I was heading to HK from NYC and they delivered it straight to my hotel within 2 days -- didn't expect the delivery to come so fast! I've used it in Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, The Philippines, Kuala Lumpur, and South Korea. Suffice to say that it works really well and I'm happy with the service. I'm actually looking forward to upgrading my Teppy to the 4G as it looks more sleek and is very compact. It does take a while (a minute or two) for the signal to come in when you first turn it on, as it would really depend on the country or location you're in but still worth it for the price and the coverage! Totally recommend this if you're still looking for a wireless internet device! :)

Honestly Tep Wireless has changed the way I travel for the better! It's amazing how much more at ease I am knowing that I'm always connected and all because of this neat, compact device that allows you to stay online 24/7 :) I used it most recently on my 2 month Euro trip where I was hopping from one country to the next and it stayed with me all the way. Even when I experienced a minor glitch in service, the support team was on it right away and I had no more issues after that. What's even better is that since multiple devices can connect to it all at once, my friends were also able to get online much to their delight.

Now that I've used Teppy to travel, there's no turning back for me!

I used Tep Wireless on all my out of the country trips since I learned about this portable wifi and never once I got disappointed. It's easy to bring and very convenient. The connection is also fast and reliable. This device was really useful while I was traveling abroad. Even without preparing a concrete itinerary for my trip, I would just simply connect to my Tep Wireless device then I can already search online for some places to go and direction.
