The seat mesh was sold as a padded unit for an extra $20, however, it's not as envisioned. The seat I thought I would get was with full pad, like my friends Cat trike, would have just got regular mesh seat..

I ordered a mat and support for my Rover on Sunday, Jan. 7 and my order arrived on Jan. 10, 2018 by FEDEX. I hope to ride my bike in my living room during this winter. A great investment!

I have been a Terra Trike rider for 2 years now and love it.

Just got the bike set up shipping was fast customer service was great. The first small ride was a blast can not wait to get it on the road. I’ll have to wait a day or so as it snowed 3 inches today lol.

I purchased some accessories for my Rover and the experience was easy and painless.

I feel that the shipping was a little expensive given the small size of the items that I ordered and the website is a little draconian, but beyond that I don't really have any complaints

My first trike is the Whiz Wheelz Tettra Terra 3.6, had it 14 years and around 40,000 miles on it. Very pleased beyond tires and regular maintenance I had no problems until the boom broke off on me. I called, they asked for a pic which I sent. They said we can send a new frame or give credit on a new unit. I opted for the new Gran Tourismo. We had some communication problems, no return calls or emails. I finally called in anger said it's over 3 months and I've had enough. Jerrod said he'd get back to me and take care of it. He called back apologized for the delay, sent me the Gran Tourismo as we agreed on paid shipping and added $100 worth of accessories. The unit is great and I hope for appropriate weather to use it. I'd have given a 5 star if communication would have been good.

The Rover trike is great. I ordered a cover for it, from Terra Trike and what a piece of junk. They say that it will fit any trike. Will it doesn't fit a Rover. You pay out a lot of money for a cover and you want to protect your trike. And what you get is something that doesn't cover the parts that need to be protected. The back of the cover doesn't cover the sprocket, and it doesn't cover the front tires I was going to send it back but just like $100 I was going to get for buying the bike. All it is, is a big hassle. Because I don't have a printer I can't have the $100. I would tell anyone that the trikes are great. But that is it.

Every experience I’ve had with Terra Trike has been so good it scares me. I keep waiting for them to be like everyone else but instead they seem to get better. This is a company that other American companies can model themselves after.

Everything arrived in good packaging and was exactly what I ordered.

Love my TerraTrike - and the company. Orders for accessories are handled quickly. A fairly major warranty issue I had a year ago was also handled very quickly - I was back on the trike in about 10 days, replacement part was shipped within days. I don't live near a dealer so I did the repair myself; it helped that I've always been a bome bike mechanic, but I think anyone with basic bike tools and a reasonable mechanical aptitude could have done it.

Once I found what I was looking for, ordering was easy. Product came quickly.

This is my 2nd time ordering from TerraTrike. Both times have been fantastic.

This time, I placed a large order which included a new bike from their site. Within 15 min I received a phone call from them asking if I was familiar with a local shop (they gave me the name/location of it) and said they were also a TerraTrike distributor. If I wanted to, I could check with the local shop in order to save on shipping costs, plus the shop would obviously make any mods/customization needed. This saved me several hundred dollars!

What the shop didn't carry in terms of accessories (it wasn't many they were missing), I ordered directly from TT, which arrived promptly.

Absolutely love the customer service I've received from these guys.

I ordered a Christmas gift, my first experience with Terra Trike. I made an error on my order and called the next morning to try to rectify it. It is difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but there is an option to leave a message for a callback, which I did. Josh called me back within 30 minutes, he was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see whether the order had been shipped and since it had not, made the correction immediately. His attitude was great too. I would definitely do business with this company again, and will recommend them to others

We like our Terra Trike Rover. It is easier to ride and more comfortable than the normal two wheeled bicycle.
