Suite à un soucis de produits défectueux, j'ai envoyé un mail au service clients qui a très vite réagis et m'a renvoyé très vite des nouveaux et ceci gratuitement...
Toutes mes félicitations pour ce professionnalisme....

Ich hatte bei Amazon ein Tesa Klebeset bestellt. Leider hat dies nicht gehalten wie gewünscht. Ich habe mich mit meinem Problem und Bildern an den Tesa Kundenservice gewandt. Nach kurzem Austausch über das defekte Produkt,wurde mir ein kostenloser Ersatz angeboten. Dieses kam auch relativ schnell mit der Post. Hab es dran gebaut und fertig.
Super netter und freundlicher Kundenservice. Schnelles entgegenkommen bei Problemen. Danke

If you're thinking this brand isn't a good option to hang your pictures, think again. All for the small price of nearly 10 euros, you can get some tape and a hanger that'll pop off the wall not even 2 days later, causing your picture frames to fall and crash into the floor! The process of picking up the glass shards and pieces of the expensive frame was such a lovely experience overall. Could not recommend more, what a wonderful way to waste your money!

tesa tixo ist ein kompletter Witz! man möge meinen der Name bürgt für Qualität, aber da lag ich wohl falsch. Noch NIE so ein mangelhaftes Tixo in Händen gehabt, absolute Frechheit so Etwas zu verkaufen..

If you read customer reviews here and see the reply from Tesa you might get the impression that they will solve your problem, if you just do the effort to contact them.
Well no... if you thought their products are bad, you should try their customer service!
I bought tape on April 12th and the quality was really horrible. Using it was such a frustrating experience, it was impossible to use it with a tape dispenser (also from Tesa).
The tape constantly stuck to the dispenser, so I had to apply some force to make it 'roll', and as a result, way too much tape suddenly came off, or it came out crooked from the roller and got crumpled. All the time. I spent more time fumbling with it than actually sealing boxes, and had to throw away way more crumpled tape than I could really use...
I wrote them to complain on April 23rd. They replied 3 days later and said that I had to send them a picture of the product and the sales receipt. So I did the next day, April 27th.
On May 7th they replied and said they sent me a replacement product.
Nothing arrived. On June 18th I wrote them again saying I didn't receive anything.
They replied the next day saying that on May 6th they delivered tape to my home address.
I asked they with which company they sent it and if they had a tracking number.
And then they come up with a different story. They say the tapes came back to them instead of the story that it was delivered to me.
They asked me if I'm sure of my own address.
And that they had re-sent tape to me. This was June 25th.
Again I asked for a tracking number and they say they didn't have any because they sent it with ordinary post.
So... how could they know that it was delivered to me if they sent it with ordinary post, without a tracking number? Which decent company nowadays doesn't work with a parcel delivery service that has tracking numbers etc?
On July 7th still nothing and I send them yet another mail. Again they reply the tape was returned to them and ask me to re-confirm my address.
The feeling I get is that they never sent me anything and that their customer service is outright lying, and just keep you hanging on until you give up.
And this for a pack of 3 tapes which cost € 12.99! (€ 4.33/tape)
So I gave up, this demanded way too much energy from me.
I finally bought some cheap tape in an Action store for about € 1.60/tape (+60% cheaper!) which is of decent quality.
This experience with their "customer service" made sure that I will never buy Tesa again, and I will actively discourage people from buying it.

Schilderijtjes opgehangen daags erna ligt het eerste schilderij al op de grond. Stond een grote glazen vaas met bloemstuk onder ook kapot.
Geen vertrouwen meer in.

Ik heb nog nooit in mijn leve zulke waardeloze kkr troep gehad. Voor 5(!) euro een rol tape gekocht en om de ~10 cm scheurt het af. Never ever dat ik ooit nog een product van dit waardeloze merk koop. Prijzen torenhoog, kwaliteit lager dan laag. Bah, wat een afzetterij.

Al mijn fotolijstjes vallen één voor één van de muur. Erg jammer van mijn geld: de plakspijkers van Tesa, de fotolijstjes en jammer van alle tijd en energie om alles op te hangen en nu alle scherven weer bij elkaar te vegen…

Obwohl ich verschiedene Produkte gekauft habe, ist eine Bewertung auf der tesa-Website nicht möglich. Sie müssen wohl direkt bei tesa gekauft werden, damit das funktioniert. Also muss halt wieder Truspilot einspringen - schade.

Ich habe viele Jahre immer gedacht, mit dem Namen "tesa" ist eine gewissen Qualität verbunden. Ich habe immer wieder Produkte ausprobiert, aber so gut wie alles, was man von diesem Hersteller kauft, ist kaum zu gebrauchen. Es beginnt beim normalen Klebestreifen-Abroller, der einfach eher an Plastikmüll gleicht. Die kauft man mehrmals und kann man nicht über Jahre benutzen.
Und so geht es immer weiter durch die Produktpalette.

Das Fass zum Überlaufen hat die Alu Lamellentür gebracht. Für über 70€ kauft man sich ein teures Produkt, das eigentlich direkt entsorgt werden kann. Auf Grund des Prinzips von Lamellen wird keinerlei Insekt abgehalten. Auch bei absoluter Windstille entstehen Spalte zwischen den Lamellen. Die Gewichte am unteren Ende lösen sich immer wieder von alleine.

Ich muss jetzt endlich die Konsequenz ziehen, dieses Zeug nicht mehr zu kaufen, sondern zu Tedi oder was weiß ich zu gehen, wo man zwar auch keine bessere Qualität findet, aber da weiß man wenigstens, dass es darauf hinausläuft.

Ich habe ein Tesa Fliegengitter Anklips aus Fieberglas, angeblich neues Produkt gekauft. Das Fliegengitter war beim Zusammenbau nicht passig, dann fielen bereits beim Einbau die Ecken ab. Für das Fenster war das Produkt nicht gedacht, da der Wetterschenkel das Fliegengitter eingedrückt hat, Außerdem ging das Fenster nur noch mit starkem Druck zu. Kurz gesagt, ganz schlechtes Produkt. Ich habe es beanstandet und TESA war so"großzügig"und will mir nach zwei Wochen und zwei Beschwerden die Hälfte erstatten. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein vorzügliches Produkt vom anderen Hersteller gekauft. Ich werde keine Produkte von Teas mehr kaufen und rate allen Kunden genau zu prüfen, ob es ein Produkt von Tesa sein muß. Bei Amazon würde ich sofort bei solchen Problemen das Geld erstattet bekommen.

Värdelösa krokar.

Tesa zelfklevende spijker 4 kg
Spiegel opgehangen gewicht 2.3 kg is na enkele uren aan de muur volledig stuk gevallen. Spiegel van 150 euro volledig stuk. Helemaal niet tevreden. Dit product doet echt niet wat het beloofd

Voor mij geen Tesa meer, want de volgens instructies geplakte haak die 2,5 kg zou dragen viel eraf met een handdoekje van (gemeten) 369 gr.

Had spiegeltje opgehangen, en schilderij,
dat viel gelijk er af na een half uur en in de nacht de spiegel... heb het precies zo gebruikt zoals het filmpje
