Purchased 2nd Gas Analyser Mid May 2022 but calibration certificate dated 1st April 2022. I lose 1.5 months on the date. Not entirely happy about this.
Would have given 5 stars if the Calibration Certificate had been dated for time of purchase.

I was recommended Test4less by a friend who has purchased from them in the past. I ordered the Socket & see RCD Tester which arrived pretty quickly, although I haven’t had a chance to use it yet will definitely do the job. Would have to give them 5*. But as a first time user I was required to prove who I am by means of driving licence. This is unheard of.. Felt a little humiliated. Couldn't help but speculate could be of my ethnic African name.. Who knows.. Apart from that all good.. Got my Kewtech Kd66Dl at a discount price.. Super 😊

Dropped my analyser off on the Friday, was ready on the Thursday, tried having the calibration at merchants, and had to wait over three weeks, well pleased.
Asked their sales team about upgrading my analyser, and found them to be totally honest, advised me to stick with what I have.
Spot on.

Great price for product. Delivered next day even thow I didn't pay for next day delivery. Easy to use intuitive website. Bought a fluke mft so as you would expect have not had any experience with there after sales but on the face of it they seem to care about customer satisfaction. I was looking for a replacement Fluke Multimeter but everywhere were out of stock. Criag was very helpful in coming up with an alternative Fluke which was in stock. At the same time helped source a DC clamp meter which wasn't listed on the website but was soon added so I could add it to the online basket. Items arrived within 2 working days.

First time I’ve ever used this company, but came recommended and prices were brilliant. So thought I’d give them a go.

My only minor gripe is when there was an issue with the order processing (my fault) I got an email with actions required to process the order, a phone call would have been better as I missed the email in a sea of other emails. Still rate 5 stars though as if I had actually done it right it the first place it would have been processed no issue.

Overall service is good, prices are fantastic, and I most certainly will be using again!
