I had a wonderful experience! The dress was beautifully made, and the measurements I provided were used perfectly. It fit me wonderfully. I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day in June. The dress was delivered in the promised delivery window, and the tracking information worked throughout the delivery. I would definitely recommend this brand to other brides and would happily purchase from them again! 🤍

I absolutely loved my Marielle Corset Dress! The corset design was very flattering on my plus-size figure, and I received so many compliments on my wedding day.

I ordered a custom size based on my measurements and only needed a minor alteration to the V-neckline for the perfect fit.

The Marielle Corset Dress was ideal for my small, intimate wedding. It wasn't a traditional full wedding gown, but it still felt beautifully bridal and exactly what I had envisioned.

The Teuta Matoshi team was wonderful; they kindly prioritised my order and shipped it within a month after my wedding date was unexpectedly brought forward due to family circumstances. The shipping process was smooth, and I had no issues with customs in Australia.

Teuta Matoshi had been my dream designer for years, and I'm so grateful I was able to wear one of their dresses on such a special day.

Beautiful dress but poor craftsmanship. The price does not justify the quality.

Update: Jon contacted me and had me send the dress back. The beading work was fixed and the missing pearls from the original design were added back. Overall the entire process took about a week so quick turnaround time.

Overall: Great problem solving after I submitted the complaint but personally would not be purchasing again as the first experience was not good. Ultimately I actually ended up purchasing a different dress for my wedding while the original dress was being fixed as I did not trust it would be fixed well.

The brand offers beautiful designs, excellent quality, nice and careful packaging, and in my case on-time and seamless international delivery.

The gown looked beautiful and fit me really well! The costumer service was responsive and my order arrived on time.

The whole experience was very easy and straightforward. I asked for some small modifications to my dress and when it arrived, everything was done beautifully and it fit like a dream. It arrived well before my event.

Information on the website was clear, the sizing is accurate so I would look at the size guide before purchasing as us10 is usually a uk8 but I am a uk10 - the sizing is accurate to cm/inchs. There is not a lot of seam allownace if you think of ordering down...

The dress itself is beautiful, wonderful quality - definitely would buy from them again.

Delivery was also really quick (I did buy a standard size, so custom will obviously be longer). Ordered 26th Nov, was dispatched 8th Dec and arrived 9th Dec (UK)

I really could not have been happier with my dress. I knew for years that I wanted to have one of Teuta Matoshi's designs for my wedding and spent a lot of time going back and forth between what felt like a sea of unbelievably gorgeous dresses, but once I saw the Lunaria gown I knew that was the one for me!! I was a little worried about the bust support as I am a curvy, top heavy gal but she was soooo solid. The materials are extremely high quality, the details were clearly painstakingly considered and applied and I knew from the moment I saw it that it was worth literally every penny. Everyone was absolutely besotted with it - so much so that one of the ladies at the registry office asked to touch it! Just gorgeous. I will be getting this altered ASAP into something more casual so I can wear it again, because it would be a true crime to only wear it once. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved with the making of my dress. It is an absolute treasure.

This is the second time my daughters have bought dresses from Teuta Matoshi. It's our go to company for custom fitted dresses. Their designs are beautiful, the dresses are well made and the company is great to deal with.

The Obsidian Arbor Gown was delivered very quickly and the customer service is so responsive and helpful! I had a lot of questions prior to ordering that they were happy to answer. I ordered a custom size that fit perfectly, but I deliberately ordered it too long because I wasn't sure about the size of the heels I wanted to wear (easy enough to get tailored). I got endless compliments on the dress and it is beautiful.

I loved the dress but it was custom made and super expensive yet I still had to get it tailored for several reasons. It was 8 inches too long, the part that wrapped around my shoulders hung to my lower back. Prom was a month ago and they just now sent me a $400 invoice for import fees. I would not recommended purchasing from this company.

Dreams come true dress. Absolutely stunning in real life, and I couldn’t recommend Teuta Matoshi more. Im glad I followed up with an email after placing my custom order to ask what other measurements they need to make sure that the dress would not be too long on me. They promptly replied to ask for my waist-to-floor measurement, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The dress fits like a glove! That being said, if i could make any change, i would have given them just a tad bit larger measurements, instead of my exact measurements, bc the neckline is a little tight. But even with a tight neckline, you’d never know unless I told you. ;)

Really special, gorgeous, custom made dresses. Mine was even more gorgeous in person than in the photos online. For what you pay it is really great quality and I love how unique their designs are. I have a hard body type to dress and get sized for (large bust, small frame) and gave the custom measurements to them and the dress fits amazing. The timings for production were as expected, and they were responsive when I emailed them with questions a few weeks into making my order, and the shipping was smooth and there were no problems clearing customs despite post Brexit trade challenges (note if you ship to the UK there will be customs fees to pay which were about 200 GBP for me on a 700 GBP + dress). I knew this, and it was fine, and they do also warn you upon making your order.

I have two dresses from Teuta Matoshi and they're both wonderful. Sometimes the pictures on their website do not even do them justice...
I always order costum size and it fits well. One dress was a bit too long and needed adjustments. I think because they assumed I'd wear long heals with it, they make the dresses a bit longer on purpose.
Make sure you order on time. Making the dress seems to take 1 - 3 months. The shipping is quite fast.

I love my dress more than anything ! I'm so thankful to the team at Teuta Matoshi for everything they did to make my experience ordering so easy. The dress I chose is the Cinderella Taffeta Gown.

I have always admired the brand, but never was able to justify ordering anything until it came to choosing my wedding dress. I am based in the UK and tried on a couple of regular bridal dresses but couldn't get one I'd seen on Teutas site out of my mind. I knew it would be a big risk ordering online from Kosovo, having never tried anything on from the brand, and not being able to return custom made orders. I decided to take to risk as I really wanted something unique and special for my wedding. I contacted Teuta to order a fabric swatch so I could be certain I liked the colour against my skin and that it was good quality. It was silk taffeta so I was satisfied! I paid $50 for the swatch.

I waited until Black Friday to place my order. I was in the process of losing weight so knew i wanted to give myself a bit more time before sending off my measurments, so asked if I could pay for the dress, then send my sizes a few months later, which they allowed me to do with no problem. When I was more of the size I wanted to be, I then went to a prefessional seamstress to get all my measurments done, which I would really reccomend as you don't want to get these wrong. Also wear shoes of a similar height you're planning on wearing with the dress as this can change your weight distribution.

I send my measurments off, and also asked if they could make a couple of changes to the dress, adapting the sleeves, and removing the leg slit. I had found a dress of a very similar fabric and style online to screenshot photos of what I meant with the sleeves and tried to show every angle. They confirmed they could make the changes at no extra cost. I chose to pay customs duties at checkout so i wouldn't be surprised with any additional costs.

They took 4 weeks from there to completely custom make my dress, and then it took 1 further week to be posted to me.

I was watching the delivery like a hawk! It took a few extra days in transit as UPS didn't find the commercial invoice, but when I contacted Jon at Teuta Matoshi he was quick in sending me all the documents I needed to get the shipment cleared.

The dress arrived safely, wrapped in tissue and with a fabric garment bag and a spare zip. The quality of the fabric is second to none, the dress has a large ballroom style skirt which is lined with netting to keep the shape and structure of the dress. The corset top is all boned and fits perfectly. The dress I ordered has a lace up corset back which is useful for sizing as I can adjust slightly myself, authough I can tell they have made the dress to my measurements as it fits perfectly. The only measument ignored was the length, which I was expecting as I had read from other reviews they keep it long so you can wear tall shoes. I am happy to get the hem at the front taken up by a seamstress, and I want to keep the back long to have a bit of a train.

Overall I am thrilled with the dress and my expereice was the brand was fantastic. I am so glad I took the risk as I now have a compltelty unique custom made silk wedding dress for a fraction of the price this would have cost at a wedding dress shop in London. I am over the moon and absolutely cannot wait to wear the dress on my wedding day!!

Teuta Matoshi designs beautiful dresses. The dress that I custom ordered fit perfectly when I received it, so there was no tailoring needed on my end. They also answered back very promptly when I had a question regarding a piece of my dress. I ordered on black Friday and messaged the question that day, only for them to reply a few hours later.

The dress doesn't fit (they said I must have got the measurements wrong - I doubt it). It has cost me 400.00 to get it remade. Also, the tulle underneath isn't good quality. The dress looked absolutely ridiculous. I am picking it up from a dressmaker later this week. It also took at long time for them to make the dress, I had to email twice to ask what was going on.
