Meine Erfahrung bei Miss Jophiel kann ich nur mit Sehr gut bewerten. Nach aufgabe meiner Bestellung wurde ich kontaktiert und durfte meine Maße einreichen, man hat mich noch gefragt ob der bodace sheer oder blickdicht sein soll, da das oft übersehen wird. Ich wurde von vornhereit kompetekt unterstützt und habe mit professionellen Mitarbeitern kontakt gehabt. Das Kleid kam früher an, als gedacht und was soll ich sagen? Es ist der Wahnsinn. Ja das Boning am Korsett ist aus plastik, das weiß man aber im Voraus. Dadurch fühlt sich das Korsett aber auch sehr angenehm an. Es funkelt so schön und was mich begeistert ist die tatsache, dass kein einziger strass-stein bisher abgefallen ist. Ich werde Miss Jophiel weiterempfehlen. Über Rückgabe kann ich nichts berichten, da es nicht notwendig war.

I honestly cannot recommend MissJophiel highly enough.
From my very first message, Rose was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She advised me on exactly how far in advance I should place my order, carefully checked and double-checked all of my measurements, and guided me through the whole process with such patience and kindness. I also requested custom alterations - adding sleeves and bodice lining based on another dress featured on the website - and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The dress itself exceeded every expectation I had. It was unbelievably affordable for the level of craftsmanship and detail, and the quality was absolutely exceptional. When it arrived, it fit like a glove.
On our wedding day, I received countless compliments. People told me I looked ethereal, and guests commented on how beautiful and unique the dress was. Most importantly, I felt amazing in it - it was exactly how I had imagined my wedding dress would make me feel. Seeing tears in both my dad's eyes when he saw me is a moment I'll treasure forever.
Thank you, Rose for your help and MissJophiel for creating such a special dress and for being such a wonderful part of our wedding journey. I couldn't have wished for anything more perfect.

Beware. Missjophiel will not accept return even though their product was defective. I paid nearly $300 for a dress for my daughter's prom. When we received it, the zipper was stuck and obviously not functional. Despite taking all the necessary steps to resolve the issue, Missophiel refused to offer to fix the product or even issue a refund. I will not buy from this online company again. Disappointed buyer here. Shame on you Missjophiel for taking people's hard earned money and not even offer to fix the product. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

They’re not a scam, they do sell dresses, but they don’t make it clear that a lot of the dresses are produced in China. Their products are not handmade in the USA like their social media platforms try to make it out to seem like.

The scummiest part however is when I asked them directly after purchasing where is my dress being shipped out from (because I already suspected it might be China and I wanted to make sure I didn’t accidentally lie in my customs’ form and I informed them that it was important for me to hear the truth) they lied and told me that it was shipped out from the US. I literally could see where the parcel was shipped out from in the information given to me by the courier after it arrived in my country. To no one’s surprise it was China.

The company that made my dress actually operates with another name: SHANGHAI MACLOTH CO. LTD.

If you guys appreciate honesty and transparency, this might be a dealbreaker so I just wanted to inform people of this. The dress I got was akin to what I expected except the bust measurements were wrong
