Excellent Service
I ordered a jacket online which was delivered quickly and Thackerays and their courier DPD kept me well informed throughout the process.
When the item arrived it turned out to be a bit on the small size despite being the correct size I ordered. I returned the item to the Store in Northampton and they refunded my purchase a couple of days later.
Excellent customer relations all through the process.

First class hassle free quick service with brilliant communication.
Really easy to use website and competitive prices. Instant emailed order confirmation. Updates on delivery including confirmation of a delivery window on the day that was achieved and meant I didn't have to stay in all day waiting for the delivery. This was the best service I've had from any on-line Designer Clothes retailer and I've bought online at least a couple of times a month for over 10 years. Heartily recommended.
