Well, where can I start! What a great experience! It was our first time flying private so we really wanted the memory to be a special one. Thanks to Richard, it totally exceeded our expectations!
We were kept fully upto speed by Richard on what to expect throughout the process and to be honest, the process was exactly what he said. He even managed to negotiate prices on our behalf and we feel we really were given value for money.
Richard was in touch with us every step of the way, letting us know when the plane had landed, and keeping us updated on the crew waiting for us at the airport. We headed down there and all the onsite crew were waiting outside the entrance of lounge for our arrival. Our bags were taken in and we were escorted to the lounge and offered drinks. Richard kept in touch to make sure we were comfortable and explained that the pilot would be introducing himself shortly. From here on in we received exceptional service! The pilot and the air crew were amazing. The plane was only 18 months old and beautiful! We ordered the food in advance through Richard and we were served exactly what we requested. The rose champagne was served throughout the flight which made the whole experience even better!
I just want to thank Richard for making this such a special experience. We undoubtedly will be travelling private again and we will only used Richard to find us the right flight. He listened to what we were looking for and provided exactly that and went over and above to make this so special.

Splendid top service!
We where stuck due to car problems and needed to get back home asap with a family of 6, a large dog and plenty of lugguage. Thomas put everything he got to it to get us home on time. We didn't needed to worry about anything anymore. Splendid service and they follow you continously to make sure everything runs smooth. They are constantly in contact with you to update you and to make sure you have everything you need. We are very gratefull for this amazing service and work they have done.
