I have used this company several times…
I have used this company several times and always excellent….such a shame that things have gone wrong now!
Delivery has been a nightmare and I’m still waiting! DX say they can’t find my house then say we weren’t in! I have security cameras which prove they haven’t even tried to deliver! So frustrating! It’s only a small quantity why not post first class!?
PS my delivery still hasn’t arrived! Have been in contact with Millshop who have been fantastic and are as frustrated as I am……sorry for 2 stars. Excellent customer service!

We are so sorry for the delay you encountered with our delivery couriers getting your order to you which you should have now received, yes it is very frustrating especially as we work so hard to get orders dispatched as swiftly as possible and we know it's an inconvenience for our customers having to wait in for the courier to arrive.
