Ich warte nun seid fast 14 Tage auf meine Rückzahlung. Ich habe die Sendung fristgerecht zurück geschickt. 5 Tage nach Erhalt der Ware.
Ich bekomme weder eine Email von der Firma mit Informationen der Bearbeitung, noch eine Rückzahlung. Ich habe nun meine 3 Email geschrieben, mit einer Frist der Rückzahlung. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass man nicht mal eine Antwort erhält. Das Geld habe ich natürlich am Tag der Bestellung sofort überwiesen ! 🤦♀️
Bei Fragen zur Bestellung bekam ich sofort eine Rückmeldung und jetzt gar nichts !

Obviously you can no longer purchase from them. I brought an O’Baby nursery set back on Jan 5th. They were already in trouble today end of last year but I missed this and got good recommendations from friends. Never got delivery by mid Feb. Called O’Baby direct who said TBR have not paid them and they don’t have any details to proceed my order. Company has since gone into liquidation. Sad for people that have lost money - what a terrible company (it was taken over in 2@18 from a reputable family....by these slam people who run it to the ground). we got money back via Amex. We get the liquidation emails of the company but it makes no difference as we got our money and want to put this disaster behind us.

"Good afternoon
Apologies for the delay in receiving your order we have been experiencing some slight logistical issues in our warehouse.
I can, however, advise your order will be despatched the week commencing the 02/12/2019.When your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Bon à savoir : ayant payé par mastercard, nous avons fait intervenir notre banque pour être remboursé, laquelle nous a demandé tous les éléments du dossier. Nous avons été remboursé (après un délai d'étude du dossier). Il semble que mastercard a récupéré l'argent auprès de Babyroom.

They are absolute scammers. They stole £140 of me for a pram that was never delivered. They advised us to do a ‘chargeback’ from the bank which was refused and now it’s gone. I have nothing to say other than please don’t purchase anything from them. They are liars who will do anything to talk their way out of the fact they are STEALING. Complete C****.
Payment taken; item never received
I’ve been waiting on an order placed Jan 5, confirmed via email from Baby Room customer care Jan 16 (“logistical issues” blamed; they said it would be arriving soon.) As others have said, web site, email & phone not working so there’s absolutely no recourse. It’s now early April & we will ask that the payment be canceled & refunded by our bank & try to report the company as fraudulent. Order number : SA 048082

These guys are straight scammers. Do t listen to there poultry excuse about liquidation and not having access to emails - pathetic.
I purchased an expensive car seat from this company. Luckily I chose the pay in 3 instalments option (thank god I did)
Having paid the first instalment and not receiving the item I then contacted my bank and instructed them to stop the remaining 2 payments.
About a month after the car seat randomly turned up at my house. They done this so they could prove to the bank I had received the item so they could demand payment.
Ironically this company only ships item to people that don’t pay. If you pay for your item in full they have your money at that point and will never contact you again as once the money is stolen by then they dont care. However if your savy enough to co tact your bank and restrict them from stealing any more money off you as I did they ship the item straight to you and if you accept the delivery the bank is obligated to pay for the product.
In short IF you pay in full you get robbed. Also they advertise klarna as a payment option which I selected. When I contacted klarna they had no record of the purchase I have reported these muppets to trading standards DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

I placed an order at the start of January with an expected delivery date of the 14th Jan. I had received an email confirmation of my order which was for a seat protector for a car seat.
Once the 14th had passed I emailed the company twice but didn’t hear back and this week saw this Trustpilot review page and the Facebook group so I thought I may not receive my order. Today I had a text to say DPD would deliver my item and it has arrived safely and in perfect condition. I am not sure what’s happened but it seems some are getting their orders late, I hope everyone gets their order soon like I have. I am happy now to have my order.

We are currently awaiting a delivery from the supplier to be able to complete your order for you. This is due into ourselves within the next week.
As soon as this has arrived we will be able to process your order ready for despatch.
When your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive a text from DPD notifying you of the delivery taking place the following day, followed by a one hour time slot notification on the day of the delivery.

I tried to reach them via the new website they have and ask for a cancellation and got a response. This is the mail they sent:
‘ I can confirm we have cancelled your order.
Apologies but we are unable to process any refunds as we have no access to financial details due to security and data protection.
Please contact your bank and ask for a 'chargeback' on this transaction and they will then return the funds to your account. ‘
So I will get my refund from my bank but we don’t know if they’re going to pay my bank back. If they don’t, my bank may ask for the expense from me again in the future because They only pay me back temporarily until they investigate the situation. Hope that’s not going to happen but can’t be sure.
